              I purchased a Protect A Bed mattress protector and I contacted ***** regarding the processing of a claim. Keeco provided a list of the items that I needed to provide and I emailed copies of all of the documents they required. After they reviewed the documents, they provide an email response stating that my claim was approved a replacement queen size protector would be shipped They provided a slate order SO01105890 and stated that I would receive the item within 7-10 days. It has been almost a month and I havent received the replacement protector. I have tried to call them and have also sent follow up emails with no response.

              Alert: ************ purchased Pacific Coast Feather and has since sold a bunch of horrible products. Its official name is HSP Liquidation LLC, and it was also acquired by a third company.A lot of the names you've known and trusted over the years are all owned by the same crud company just seeking to milk the good name of businesses that don't really exist anymore. Stay away!
