I received a ripped, unstuffed Level 4 King sized comforter shoved into a tiny box. There is ZERO customer support available. The phone number provided only goes to more recorded messages telling you to go to their website. Their website does not work - nothing would send. The comforter I spent $300 on was garbage. There is no way to talk to anyone, I tried everything. My only recourse is sending it back and letting them STEAL $12.99 for the shipping. They will charge you for taking back their damaged, bad product. I would have considered a replacement but the way this place is run, NO WAY. Do not buy from Pacific Coast Feather! The product I got was garbage and they made me pay to get rid of it. STAY AWAY.

I see that your order is on the way back to us and is due to be delivered on 12/6/2022. A refund will be processed back to the credit card used for the purchase. I ordered a pillow base on the following description. Full, fluffy medium to firm support.The following is the email I sent to Pacific Coast when I received my pillow:Sent: Saturday, March 26, 2022 10:27 AM To: Comfort Subject: Re: Your Order Has Shipped I waited Anxiously to receive my pillow only to be disappointed. Hey Im not sure if I received a defective pillow or what.
