    Should be ZERO STARS. Boston Proper CLAIMS you'll receive 20% off if you provide your email and phone number when you're on their site. After you provide all your personal information, they sent a code to click to receive the 20% off. That link leads you directly to their website. No code is provided. When I called their customer service phone number to ask why they are sending out FALSE ADVERTISING CLAIMING TO GIVE CUSTOMERS 20% OFF, they responded that the marketing department would know why and that they would get back to me. They never did. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER order from this company. FALSE ADVERTISING. AWFUL SERVICE. UNRESPONSIVE. FALSE CLAIMS. No wonder they are not BBB accredited. LIARS.

    *** accidentally send property of mine to Boston Proper. It was worth over ******. ** sent me an email stating they had it so I did when I saw the email within a couple of days. The company assured me to be patent until they figured out how they were going to get it back to me instead of just calling **** After emailing them for two months and phone calls from me with no resolution. They finally sent me an email stating they Donated my property without my consent. The nerve of this company donating almost a couple hundred dollars worth of my property after putting me off for two months is despicable. I have tried to contact them again where it was donated and they wont respond. Terrible customer service. Have lost a customer and my associates for life. ******* *******.

    Hello,

    We reached out to this customer multiple times back in May/June of this year and she didn't contact us until September which at that point our distribution center donates the items. As you can imagine, this happens often and we allow ample time for the customer to response however 3-4 months have gone by, and we cannot store these items long term. Customers need to pay attention to what they are returning and to where. we did our best to make contact with her however she was very slow to respond.

    EXTREMELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! After spending over $800.00 in a short period of time I received a Coupon for $30.00 off my next purchase of $150.00 or more. I placed the appropriate order which exceeded the amount on COUPON. I went to checkout and assumed I by-passed putting the Coupon code in for my discount. I called customer service and was told because I placed it through ********* i was ineligible for the discount. There was no restrictions on the coupon. **************** DID NOTHING to adjust the price or even send me a gift card. I asked serveral times to hear from a supervisor over several days with no return calls. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANY REPRESENTATIVES!

    I sent back a return to ** for 3 items including a blue moto jacket and top and skort on July 5, 2024. I have a receipt for the ***** tracking number and package ID # for the return. I have called many times now asking wheres my refund? **************** initially told me they could see the package in transit when I called ~ 3 wks ago and CSR told me not to worry since I used the original ** label which was downloaded from their website. It is now the middle of August and still no refund!!! I have since emailed **, multiple times now and sent proof of all this to them, repeatedly. I have been sure to also keep all the email threads showing my efforts to reach out w/proof of my return. ** CS responds that they are working on it and have forwarded this issue on to corporate. Then I get another email today asking if I used their label! Seriously!!?? I have repeatedly sent them this info to help them do their job!!! Shouldnt they be able to see the tracking info and everything online from their end? Esp. if I used their label??? Now, after multiple emails and phone calls, they cannot locate the package for return. I am NOT responsible for ***** losing the pkg in transit for return!! ** assured me there would be no problem since I used their label! And I am still waiting for a refund in the amount of $183.82 A month and half later, and after all this back-and-forth, phone calls and emails to ** CS, and using THEIR return label And sending them tracking # info and proof, they still will not issue a refund. I was a long time customer but will no longer order from them ever again. And, it looks like Im not the only one that has had issues with this sham of a company. Wish I had read reviews and checked them out before all this. Nothing they sell is worth the time and energy I have spent trying to get this matter addressed and just get my refund.This is ridiculous. Its actually fraudI would give NO stars if I could!!!

    Never received merchandise never got refund or replacement. Tried for eight days even contacted *****, who said tracking number invalid. They took my money they would not let me talk with a supervisor they would not refund me. Spent hours each person told me they would have a supervisor called me. Talked to over 10 people no supervisor they sent a picture of a ****************** it could be any counter and a of bunch of blurry packages! I would not even give them one star but unfortunately You have to put something down course you could consider it all minus one star

    Actually ZERO stars. And ZERO customer service. Their inventory system is in dire need of a total upgrade. I had 2 orders cancelled by them this week # ******* #******* Yet when I ordered a jacket 1 day before their memorial day sale started, I could NOT get a price adjustment. I told the customer service agent that I had ordered the jacket less then 24 hrs ago and she said "sorry" NOT

    I love the clothes. ************* are wonderful. But, I do agree with the customer service not being up to par. This is my first unhappy result. I am currently dealing with a return that went to a wrong address. Even though ** said it was delivered and the person that received it refused the package knowing it wasn't theirs so ***** just sent it back to Boston Proper's address on the package. How do I know all this because it was sent to my male cousin and I gave him a heads up that it will be coming. ** apparently hasn't received it yet because I did not generate a return slip from Boston Proper and therefore there is no tacking #. Though this would be a simple return. Ordered on March 27th, 2024 today is April 24, 2024 and no one seems to know where the package is. When I realized the address error , which was in seconds after hitting BUY, there is NO RECOURSE to cancel the order and then reorder. This is a ** site flaw. I realize it isn't Amazon...but canceling an order to make a correction shouldn't be difficult. I am waiting for my 24 hour callback from customer service at this time...we'll see if there is a positive outcome. Would have liked this resolved before my credit card adds a fee. Note: I reordered the same merchandise the next day, it arrived on time for an event and everything fit perfectly.

    NO STARS!!ORDERED A BLAZER ON 9/29 THAT WAS A PREORDER FOR 11/13 SHIPDATE. I REALIZED I HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS AND CALLED & EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. AFTER 2 EMAILS I WAS ASSURED MY ADDRESS WAS CHANGED AND MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TO MY NEW ADDRESS. A FEW DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE OLD ADDRESS AND THEY HAD 1 BLAZER IN STOCK! I CALLED THEM AGAIN FINALLY A MANAGER CALLED ME BACK AND ADVISED ME OF THE MIX UP AND ORDERED ME A REPLACEMENT. i RECEIVED ANOTHER PHOINE CALL FROM CUSTOMER SERV SAYING MY REPLACEMENT WAS IN STOCK AND THEY WILL BE SHIPPING THE BLAZER THAT DAY. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED THAT MY ORDER WAS REFUNDED! WHY??? I SPOKE TO MANAGER AND ADVISE ME TO BUY THE BLAZER AGAIN BECAUSE MY CARD WILL BE REFUNDED! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I WILL NOT BE ORDERDING FROM THEM AFTER ALL THIS.

    Hello,

    This customer placed an order #****** and her order was "lost in transit". We issued a replacement order# ****** which was on backorder until November 13,2023. Her original order was sent back to us and we cancelled the replacement order and we made several contacts with her. She was confused when she saw we cancelled the backordered item (since she already received her item) and she was not refunded because she was never charged for the replacement order. We called her again this past Saturday 10/7/2023 to explain again, and she understands and is all set.

    After unsubscribing to emails and texts repeatedly, I am still receiving them every day. After calling and emailing **************** for the second time on 5/31/23, I was told it may take up to thirty days to stop the messages. On 7/5/23 a third call was made by me to **************** asking them to stop the texts and emails. As of 7/6/23 I am still receiving them every day. I do not appreciate being lied to and the annoyance of receiving texts and messages that I have asked over and over to stop.I will obviously never do business with Boston Proper again.And yes, the company changes the address on each message, so blocking the addresses are useless.

    Called customer after searching for her phone number and email address apologized that this was not handled and made her aware I reached out directly to Marketing to remove her immediately. This was simply an oversight and I made her aware no one intended to lie to her but I assured her it would be handled.

    Boston Proper is a portal to Spam Helldo not give them your email address! Bought some things from ** for Christmas gifts and now I am drowning in perpectual emails I do not want. A straight male with has no need for womens clothing! So just unsubscribe right? Wrong. Their unsubscribe button doesnt unsubscribe ********** takes you to a shopping page. So just click right-click Junk on their email and select BLOCK SENDER right? Wrongthey use a different email address in their relentless spamming. So just call me and tell em to remove you right? Wrongtheir employees are even more useless than their spam. Learn from my mistakeNEVER REGISTER ON BOSTON PROPERS WEBSITE!!!!! Im certain they sold my email address to others too because the number of incoming messages soliciting womens products has skyrocketed since the holidays. Nobody should have this problem and it is clear this company should be renamed Boston Improper. They set the customer care bar so low you need a shovel to see it. Everyday I get mail from themevery GDFN day! I now HATE BOSTON PROPER.
