We ordered a closet system and glass closet doors and gave a deposit of half the total cost of the job.The merchant delivered the closet system but the doors were ordered incorrectly by the merchant. He took them back to reorder them, but he never did. We gave him multiple opportunities to correct the problem and reorder doors for us, but then he stopped returning our calls. We eventually had to place the order with another vendor, at a considerably higher cost.I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they said the merchant refused to give us back the amount we were charged. We have tried to resolve this ourselves, and the merchant does not return our calls. We are left with starting legal action, but would prefer not to have to do this.
