******************* continues to do business under this business name but now hes doing it in **********, **. I contracted with him to paint cabinets, replace hinges, replace exterior shingles and paint the outside of my home. He disappeared half way through. Like others have said he has one excuse after the other. Hes left my home in shambles and owed me $1690 for work I paid for but he never finished. He doesnt respond. He doesnt show up when he says he will. Hes always asking for money. Hes a thief and a lier.I want my money back.Initial Complaint

We contracted with ******************* of IG Painting formerly Finish Pro Painting Corp to paint the exterior of our home 3 weeks ago. **** required a deposit to purchase the paint. We paid him $1,600 through Zelle. He has not done any work or even shown up to attempt to paint. ******************* has made every excuse in the book. I was told he got stuff in traffic, his Mom is visiting from out of town, he's in the hospital...etc. I've seen several other BBB reviews for IG Painting and Finish Pro Painting and he's scammed a lot of people in South FL out of thousands of dollars. He is a scam artist and deserves to be in jail. I was referred to him by a neighbor who was pleased with the price, work had also been started in her home. However, her project was also never finished and the deposit also stolen. He has targeted 3 families on our street alone and is canvasing the neighborhood looking for work. He has a ******** page that features my neighbors houses on it, although the work was never done. *******************************************************Initial Complaint

**** ***** owner and operator of IG Painting (fake business name) has frauded me out of my deposit on a Painting contract. Contract was signed 02/04/2022 and $700 deposit was paid to him by Zelle. He has since sent fake photos of him in the hospital, continuing excuses of his child is sick and also keeps his phone off going right to voicemail. His Facebook is now disabled, completely going ghost. He has business cards, a work van with IG ***** Painting logo on it, a hat and shirt with IG ***** Painting, the whole 9 yards. Complete scam artist. I made copies of his passport, social security card and ID when I signed the contract. Today I went to his address on his ID and was told he does not live there anymore. I simply want my deposit back but after reading the other comments about him here on BBB I now know he is a fraud.Initial Complaint

The painter, **** *****, now goes under the name IG PAINTING to do business. I met him at Sherwin Williams paint store on Galt Ocean Drive. He seemed like a nice guy and Sherwin Williams guy told me he buys paint there so I thought he was reputable. I hired him to remove a popcorn ceiling and paint our living room. He requested a $400 deposit on the $1,100 job claiming that he had to buy the paint. Fast forward two plus weeks, excuse after excuse, sob stories, god blessing me for my patients to not showing up several times, stringing me along. It soon became apparent to me that he had no intention of doing the job or returning my $400. He no longer responds to my politer then polite text messages. I'm now out the $400 and am in a time crunch to get the paint job done. Resolved to doing it myself! Sept 16, we paid in full to **** * *****. He said his company was called IG Painting LLC. It turns out his real registered company is Finish Pro Painting Corp. He has taken our money and we have not seen or heard from him since. 2300$ to do a garage. He has ruined our garage, broken our stuff, and left our garage a mess. We just wanted the garage finished. He does not respond, he threatens, he is angry and he says he will show up but never has.
