      I was a paying member for several months, during which time, several dispute letters were sent. Because I had to cut expenses, I closed my account, and evidently when I closed my account, the dispute letters were "archived" (they said archived, but I suspect they were just deleted). So 2 months ago when I had to *** a former creditor for multiple FCRA violations, I had to prove that dispute letters had been sent on that account and they refused to fix the inaccurate information. So I contacted Skyblue, who told me that after an account is closed, the dispute letters are "archived" and "it could take a while" to retrieve the letters, but they swore they would retrieve it for me. Two and a half months went by and I heard nothing; Meanwhile, Transunion is demanding that their lawsuit be dismissed because they claim they never received a dispute letter, when I know Skyblue sent at least two of them. So I called today, and got a bunch of excuses why the letter was never retrieved, and then told that it "might be the end of next week." I don't have until the end of next week, according to my lawyer. And I realize the account was already closed, but I WAS paying $80 a month for their service, so the least they could have done was not deleted their records, at least for a couple of years. So I guess thanks for nothing, and enjoy the $80 per month you got for that nothing.

      Signed up in 11/21 gave them 4 months over the guarantee money back??????? and they did nothing for my credit report. No changes! All they did was take my money.

      Sky Blue Credit improved my credit score in 2 months by 40 points on average between the 3 Credit bureau reporting agencies. They got a collections and late payment removed that was not accurate. And then they called me to recommend me a cancellation of their service saving me money and time by telling me they did everything they could do and did the right thing by notifying me the service was no longer needed… WOW! Use this company they are great!

      A few years ago, I'd finally had enough of a FICO score in the low 500's. Within a month, Sky Blue had gotten multiple negative credit bureau items removed which immediately raised my score. That was enough of an incentive for me to improve the way I managed my finances, and today my FICO is in the 800+ range...good enough to allow me to buy a condo. Never thought it would happen. Thank you team Sky Blue.

      I can't speak highly enough of the services I have received from Blue Sky. This company provides honest feedback and and timely communications. I was recommended them by a friend who stated they changed her life with the assistance given. Having had the same experience myself I now share this company with anyone who is looking for assistance with credit repair or disputes. They educate while also taking action and they don't take advantage of your membership. Once they felt they had done what they could for me they let me know right away and I was able to end my membership with zero pressure to continue or issues.
      You really won't regret reaching out to Blue Sky, they care about helping people!

      Does not live up to the hype that they can remove issues by spotting things that you can't see yourself
      I don't feel the company sets out to do anything **********. However, let's look closely at the issues. They do not promise that they can clear up your credit by removing items that should be there. BUT, when you go deeper into a consultation and they tell you that they see things that can be argued and they think those things will be removed, they have specifically changed that position in a fundamental and material way. So now, when you believe that there's nothing that can be done about a late payment because you were in fact late, they tell you that they think they can get it removed.
      THEN, you proceed. The next two months returned the results of verified. The very thing I felt would happen did happen. And they say, oh well these accounts are valid. No, no, don't act like it was YOUR position that the accounts were valid, it was MY position that the accounts were valid. You gave me hope that you could remove them and because of that convinced me to sign up for service.
      Yes, they have refunded me. But, I find this experience very *****. I'm not out of money, but this isn't a good service. It's defective like a chainsaw that runs great when it's running but you can only get it to start once. The rest of the time your yanking it's chain. In this case, sky blue credit yanks your chain.

      I tried sky blue for 2 months. Tremendous waste of time. I was told that people who usually contact them for help has 3 times more issues as me. But after 2 months I didn't see not a single deletion. Not one. Not one activity. Not a single credit point gained. For 2 months I was told letters were being sent out. I wasn't told what the plan was if that doesn't work. And the shady part was to get the money back guarantee, I had to cancel the service at the 2 month end. Anything past that I would lose the guarantee. They did give me a full refund. But if im seeking credit repair help, obviously the money is not the issue. I wanted results. I got 3 calls from these folks and everything was the same. We're "aggressively " sending letters. What happens if that doesn't work? Well we'll send some more letters even more "aggressively " lol. The service was a joke. Save yall money. And expectations.
