      After several attempts of canceling my VIP subscription (Black Swingers) via their site AI. I went even further and emailed them several times (7/16). My email was responded to on 7/16/2024. I followed the instructions to click here to confirm cancelation. I still was still charged another month on 7/21/2024.

      I responded to an ad for an online dating site. Advertised as a place where adults can meet and interact. I soon discovered that the website is full of fake accounts. Multiple accounts using the same photos, made-up cities, and obviously bots and scammers. I requested a refund for the $206.46 I was charged. The refund was denied citing my "continued use of the site". My rebuttal was that my continued use was mainly to try and debunk my own claims (that all the accounts are fake, which I could not accomplish).I just want my money back. I have discontinued any use of the site.

      The company did resolve the issue with me directly. I was granted a full refund.

      I purchased a sensate device on 4/27/24 for $314, order #****. The device has a 60 day return policy. They have not sent me a return label and have made it difficult to return the item. I would like to return it, the item is junk and made my anxiety worse.

      Random surprise billing in the middle of the night, never authorized, based out of a state I've not been to or done any business with ever before online. **************** is obviously disingenuous and doesn't attempt to fix things, rather trys to get more personal information.

      I bought a sensate device that had stopped working properly because it started to rattle really loudly and i sent it back to them for a replacement. This was almost a month ago and as of today i still have no idea where my replacement is. I mailed it back to them and they received it in early January and now it's the end of January. I've sent numerous emails and even tried to call them and no response. The device is over $200.00 and i feel really ripped off by this company. I've been on social media an A LOT of people have ordered with them these past couple months who still do not have their device and also are not getting any response from them. This is unacceptable.       Last week on the 30th they removed 39.99 and on April 1st another 39.99 and I'm sure if I look back there will be many more...I am rid not authorize any these transactions. Would like to get my money back in mother of 2 boys that depends on that money

      I purchased a 3 month subscription to their matchmaking website. After just 15 days my account was deleted by the company for no reason. I was in the process of setting up an in face meeting with another subscriber when this happened and thus we were not able to meet and that person believes I "ghosted" them. I contacted the company about this requesting to cancel my service and receive a refund I was informed tthey will only do a $45.51 refund on a three month subscription of $85.46. Seeing as I was only on the site for 15 days and was unable to use it as intended I feel a prorated refund is fair. I explained this to customer service and was told " no further refund offer will be made".
