I am a Nurse Practitioner and purchased a Continuing Education Package in November. I have a receipt from the company and from my Credit card company.I have not been able to access the digital platform for which I paid. I have made multiple email and phone contact with their Operations and Finance Manager for ***************************************** (*************************, ************ Each time, she tells me that IT has been working on it and I should be able to access it now. Each time, It shows I still need to pay for it. Now I cannot get hold of them. I just want either access to the materials I paid for or a refund of the purchase price.Business response
