On 2-8-23 we contracted with Triad to become a dealer for them . We paid in full the amount of $ ********* . We waited for the merchandise to be sent it was supposed to be 6 week turnover. It turned out to be several months, and we are still waiting for the whole shipment to arrive as of 6-27-24. Will at Triad had sent us an email Aug 12, 2023 , that he acknowledged that the whole order did not reach us. HE would look into it. Well as of 6-27-24 . Still looking??? Have yet to receive the rest of the PAID IN FULL ORDER. The scooters are in need of warranty parts- list given to them- and Triad has done nothing with parts that were supposed to be included -- missing 2 boxes of parts and they don't know what parts and have done nothing to complete the order. Then a battery issue came up- and we are getting NO HELP with that . Triad has given us excuses on the batteries- some charge some don't charge anymore- Triad has never provided a battery charging guide- they sent a email 2 months ago---way after the affect. This is there problem. Except for excuses one after another. From Bad weather, to ******* Holiday. To Moving the warehouse and having no outside contact via phone or internet. Now instead if warranting the battery, They want us to pay them $900. plus for replacement batteries. And there is more than one. They do not answer phone calls and emails hardly ever. Totally ignoring the fact they NEVER FULLFILLED THERE END OF THE CONTRACT. We are at a lose in what to do at this point. They need to refund the order, and pickup balance. It is so clear that they don't intend to full fill there end of the contract. We also tried to order a few carts that a couple of our customers ordered and they have done nothing with that order as well. Very hard to work with and sell there products if they DO NOTHING to HELP THERE VENDERS OUT. THIS HAS GONE ON WAY TOO LONG. Triad has not completed the order or provided warranty replacement parts.
