            Ordered 2 parts for my mower a few weeks ago. Website says parts are in stock. After not receiving my order after some time and no correspondence from the company, I checked my order and the status is fulfillment. Back order because parts are out of stock. Seems like this is a regular occurrence with this Small Engine Pro Dealer company. *** reached out to them several times with no response. No customer service.. ****, no service at all. Very dissatisfied.

            Smalleginesprodealer.com, stay away from this place. I chatted with a rep after waiting for a transmission to ship for about 3 weeks. He told me that the companies were having a hard time getting parts to build the products. And he said it will be a while before they had the part back in stock. So, I did a cancellation request and ordered it some place else. The very next day they the status changed to preparing to ship. Another guy sends me an email saying that it was too late to cancel the item. I also talked to a guy on the phone and he said I would have to follow their return policy. Well, he wouldn't tell me what it was. So, for transmissions, if they let you send it back there is a 40% restocking fee. This product did not ship for another 2 days. It could have been stopped at their end. I will never do business with this company again.
