I I used to come to every good show, pay for a table, and it was great. They used to have really great friendly staff. I havnt been back in a couple years. I bring my best friend for the first time last night. YYnot was playing. Show starts at 7. Sold out show online. Asked to stand. They charged us $40 each just to stand. We were going to order food and drinks but no where to put it. I even looked online to see about booking future shows with her. So we ordered drinks stood for over 2 hours in heels. The entire bar said reserved and NO ONE was there. Band showed up an hour late then had a lot of sound issues (they should have gotten there early and tested everything before). At 8:45 they took a long break. Seats still open we asked to sit, said we had to order $25 each to sit there. Kitchen was closing. We ordered drinks and a burger and bar tenders were so rude, we asked for tap water. They put down bottled water and said we HAD to drink Bottled to get to the $50. With the drinks we Already ordered, the burger and new drink we were at $50 and how much can two girls drink and eat at 9pm when I told them I was only staying 30 more minutes. They insisted on the bottled water and that we HAD to order more right now to sit there. I told the man at the door what was happening and he said he was trying to sell the other seats. I said you have 8 seats to sell at 9 when kitchen is closing with spend limits. So theyre double booking?? It was a sold out show. Why werent we offered the seats when we first got there. Why arent they flexible. So we left didnt even get to drink my drink our feet hurt from standing paid $100 to listen to maybe two good songs from the sound issues. They treated us like garbage. Never had such low class service before! We will not be back. I want a refund for the ticket amount I
