              I was going to a gym that was taken over by the gym Athletica of Coral Springs and Naples Florida. I was given 2 months free membership from them initially and then they wanted me to join the gym. I decided I would join at $32.99 per month plus tax to be charged on a monthly basis. Well the first month I was never charged and then the second month, November 1, my credit card was charged an inaccurate charge. I called and said to read the contract. I was never given a contract after I asked numerous times. I was then sent a contract after they said you signed a contract. So I received a contract that I never would have agreed to if I would have received initially. They are doing business by giving customers no contracts and then inserting a signature I gave them into the signature pad. I was told by them it would be $32.99 plus tax a month. But Inserting my signature into a contract is not the way to do business. Plus I never made any initials on the contract they said I signed. That is legally required as I understand.

              Facilities are ok however, management is ridiculous. I went in and told them I needed to cancel and they assured me my card wouldn't be charged. Not only did they not direct me to the form but they charged me a few days later, I then stopped by again after filling out and sending in the paperwork to the company and still did not hear. We had tried the sales **** manager, and facility manager and never heard anything. Then we filed for a fraudulent charge but we got a call saying it was going to go onto my credit report. So we stopped by and were given another name above ***** in management and a week later still had not heard anything. ***** away from this gym if you ever plan on canceling.
