While signing up for health insurance, I took time to discuss my various medical needs with the health insurance providers. They looked for each one of my providers and medicines and told me they were all covered. They then came back and most of my meds, which some of are $1500-$3000, are not covered. Later, they said that certain labs were not covered, which is another mischaracterization of what I was told in the beginning. I am now drowning in medical bills. I have been back and forth with them for several months and they all tell me something different.Initial Complaint

This company has been fraudulently selling individual health insurance policies claiming that they have a Thrive Benefits PPO network. (My business is named Thrive Benefits) there is no correlation between the two companies and I receive angry calls from individuals all the time that they had money taken out of their bank account and they didn't authorize it and that they didn't receive the insurance they purchased. There is no Thrive Benefits network and they straight up lie to consumers and bait and switch them. I've tried calling them several times and they are extremely shady. I've had individuals threaten to sue my company based off the misinformation relayed to them. I've had to file a complaint with the Department of Insurance as well.
