Unfortunately my experience with them was really awful. I received a mailer from them and gave them a call. At first everything seemed great. I was told I would get $200K in hand won't have to worry about pulling tenants out of doing any repairs or anything. We signed the contract to close on 23rd and stuck to title company and everything that they picked. After initial inspection they claimed they couldn't do $200K even though the offer was for as is. They wanted to go down to 180K I asked for $190K and they agreed. Modified contract was sent out and signed. After that I got complete radio silence. The closing was supposed to be on the 23rd and I heard nothing from the them or the title company despite several attempts. On 26th they send me cancellation of contract claiming they couldn't afford to pay $190K and if I was willing to consider $180K we could still talk. I told them there was no way I could trust a company that does this. How do I know a week later they wouldn't stand me up again and go lower. I understand real estate is a business and not all transactions go through, but I expect people to be honest and upfront and not pull underhanded things like this. I would avoid them.

I'm terribly sorry for your negative experience. I looked into the file and when we originally spoke with you and submitted the property through our system you advised us the house had four bedrooms. However, after we conducted our inspections we learned that the property was a three bedroom house and in fact the garage had been enclosed into a fourth room. This significantly impacts the valuation of the property. Again, I apologize for the negative experience with our company. Our intentions are to provide homeowners with a positive and hassle free experience in selling their property.
