I had a new roof put on my house. During a rain storm my new roof leaked/gushed water into my house. My old roof did not leak. They repay the roof. They did not fix the damage inside my house. They only put kills paint on the stains.

As the customer has claimed we went out and repaired the roof under our warranty. We also repaired the ceiling, we deemed the ceiling drywall was structurally sound and only needed a cosmetic surface repair and then sealed with primer (Kilz). Repairs were completed.However homeowner wishes to have walls and ceilings removed and replaced despite our expert analysis and judgement of this not being necessary and needless. The damages were only cosmetic and minor, as he stated they were stains. What homeowner wishes is excessive, nonessential and unreasonable.Please let me know how to proceed with this as we have visited and completed our warranty repairs.Thank you,***************************

Apr 27, 2023 I entered into a contract with Hurricane Heroes, LLC to replace my roof with a metal roof, which included taking down and replacing the solar system at a contract price of $25,368, signed by myself and ********************* *************). Its 13 months later and the job is still not completed, plus they keep pressuring me for more and more money, for parts and claim to have to rebuild the system, I believe I've been coned out of an extra $12,000. I still have no working Solar system, which ***** continually promised, but has failed to deliver, yet I paid the extra 12G they requested.They installed a roof that leaked at the first big rainstorm, and refused to come out and fix it, we had to do that ourselves to keep the water from flowing in.I've been lied to and cheated for 13 months, I want a total refund and and a cease and desist order. Also, investigation for consumer fraud and senior abuse.Business response

We were at **************** residence yesterday there was on part missing . Our representative went when he got home from church. We replaced his entire roof system with a standing seam metal roof and flat roof to code. We removed and replaced a sub standard system, with new inverters, which we were unaware needed a kill switch to be activated as it was new technology. We replaced in existing panels at no cost to **************** with new readers to try and get the system that was fried due to lack of communication from panels to sms boxes. Now that this is in place all should be well. His solar system required several revisions with his city, and passed all required inspections with special inspectors letters to FPL to complete. I will have him reach out.Customer response

The Business owner came by to make sure the system was up and running properly. There was a lot of problems with proper registration from the original installer Solar Tech, which i will be forwarding to you. It took some time to get it all corrected, but *** stayed here all day to make sure we were up and running. So I am satisfied.Customer response
