I recently sold an iPad 10th generation to gazelle. I accidentally hit unlocked and the offer given was 478. I sent in my iPad and was told the offer changed to 172. I looked and the offer for a wifi iPad of mine is 376. I think Gazelle should send me the difference of 204 dollars like is fair.Initial Complaint

I sent my cell phone to them and they made an offer. Now they are telling me that the screen does not light up which is a lie. There was nothing wrong with the phone. I just replaced it. They said it was not purchased through Samsung as an unlocked Samsung S9. It WAS purchased through Sansung directly not boost as they are saying I have proof. I even financed it through Samsung.
