      Incredibly inept company. They are the mandated provider by my HOA and the service has NEVER worked properly. Despite numerous service visits, the cable TV feed constantly freezes up and pixelates. So there is zero reliability that you can watch anything without interruption. I have complained dozens of times and their only solution (after 11 months) was to get a firestick. This company is a complete *****.

      The FireTV 4k Max that QXC provided is just a host for the new QXC-TV App that replaced our legacy TV system which has been retired in your community.

      The FireTV sticks were installed by QXC technicians as long as they had access to the televisions. If your TVs were mounted or otherwise encased then the technician should have left the FireTV stick at your unit for whoever mounted your TV to install at a later date. Once installed, please call our support number so your QXC-TV account can be activated.

      Enjoy the new QXC-TV streaming system which not only runs on FireTV sticks but will soon also be able to run on Android and Apple devices, including mobile devices! The QXC-TV App can also be TVE (TV Everywhere) enabled so you can take it with you to your North residence, if applicable.

      Terrible TV service! Can't watch a single TV show, ball game, etc without pixel problems, freezing, starting/stopping. Calling Comcast tomorrow to have them re-install service. Will then cancel QXC. Nothing but empty promises to fix the service at our community. Tired of waiting. Horrible!

      A good portion of our customer base has already been converted to the new TV platform. The remainder of our customer base will be converted over the next few weeks, including you. Feel free to contact our support desk M-F during normal business hours to schedule your conversion and we will try our best to accommodate your requested schedule.

      FYI, the feedback we are receiving from the early adopters has been excellent so everything seems to be moving forward as expected.

      Absolutely Horrible Experience. Silly messages come on the screen saying its somebody else's fault. Blame the provider. Blame the aggregator. QXC takes no accountability. This is not ready for prime time that's for sure. If your considering this company run for your lives! Biggest blunder our hoa ever made so far.

      Those messages on the screen are intended to inform customers of the root cause of the problem. Yes, our underlying TV technology provider and content aggregator has experienced many issues that have resulted in poor TV Quality of Service (QoS). This is why QXC has worked hard over the past year to develop and deploy a whole new TV system with direct content licensing to completely replace the current system. The go-live for the new QXC-TV v2 system is December 2021 so we are almost there!

      Regarding accountability, QXC stands behind all of our products and services and we have issued rebates and discounts to all TV customers because of the suboptimal TV QoS performance of our QXC-TV v1 vendor. If your HOA has not passed those reductions and rebates on to you as a resident then that's a discussion you should have with your BOD. Clearly, QXC has put our money where our mouth is regarding accountability for the TV system.

      Our condo complex Installed QXC several months ago and we are constantly being told they are working on the pixilation issues on the TV and they blame their provider. Almost impossible to watch a football or baseball game! I've called several times and the answering service is full and when I am able to leave a message I never get called back. The one time I got someone on the phone QXC said they had added some channels and not dropped any. But when I told the young man that we lost STARZ he looked it up and noticed that we had in fact lost STARZ and he thought this was a mistake and would check on it for me and would call me back the next day... That was about 4 weeks ago and no call back and still no STARZ! If I ran my business this way my Broker Dealer would hit me with a significant fine! I purchased a fire stick and tried to access TBS to watch the baseball game, to sign in to TBS you have to enter your cable provider but of course QXC isn't listed!!! The remote sucks, not even backlit so that you can see it at night. You can't program a specific show to automatically record! I wish I could post some of the pictures I took of my screen while trying to watch a football game!
