I bought a dome 14k ring from Overstock in February 2022. My ring is chipping and I paid over $200. I was told to put a complaint to this company because they dont do business with them anymore. Im very sad over this because Im a widow and have been buying myself jewelry.Initial Complaint

I submitted an order to Palm Beach Jewelry on March 13th. The same day, I received an email from Palm Beach saying that there was a problem with my order and that I needed to contact them. At this point, they had not sent me a purchase confirmation email so I did not think that the purchase went through. I went to their website and tried to access my order so I could cancel it and request a refund but the order information that they gave me does not let me access my order so I had to email their customer service department to cancel the order and process a refund. When I asked them to cancel the order, they ignored my request, charged my card and proceeded to continue processing my order. I sent them at least seven or eight emails requesting that they cancel my order and refund my money but they continue to ignore my request. I let them know that I would be filing a complaint with BBB of **********, **. I would like Palm Beach Jewelry to cancel my order and refund my money.Initial Complaint

This is simple, I ordered a nurse watch but never received it it's supposed to be here September 17th but according to the representative it never was shipped so I asked him to cancel it. I contacted the jewelry company six to seven times via email and phone, however they never canceled it like they said they would neither did they ship it like they said they would and this was confirmed September 24th 2021 when I talked to a representative around 12:00 to 12:30. The rep confirmed that no one ever cancel my order like they claim they did neither was the package shipped like they claim it was. I want my refund, I want my money back. And I'm paying on it as we speak so I shouldn't have to pay on something I never received. Constantly getting to run around now it's not fair because if it was about they money they would be in court by nowBusiness response

When I see the refund on the account then and only then will I accept the response however on today which is October 8th I do not see a refund. We issued a refund of $129.95 and shipping costs of $19.95 back on the credit card you used for the purchase on 10/6/21. Please allow 7-10 business days for this to process.
