on 6/17/2024, I purchased several items from PBJ in the amount of ******. the items were defective and of very poor quality. I immediately contacted PBJ and was provided a shipping label to return the items via ***** I returned the items and was assured that I would be refunded the ******. As of yet, I have not been refunded my money and I know they have the returned items in their possession. Please investigate the matter in a timely fashion.Business response

******* from PBJ confirmed the consumer has been refunded $149.00 because they don't refund shipping and handling. But since the item was defective, she will refund the shipping and handling now.
The refund was initiated on 7.31.24

I bought a dome 14k ring from Overstock in February 2022. My ring is chipping and I paid over $200. I was told to put a complaint to this company because they dont do business with them anymore. Im very sad over this because Im a widow and have been buying myself jewelry.Initial Complaint

I submitted an order to Palm Beach Jewelry on March 13th. The same day, I received an email from Palm Beach saying that there was a problem with my order and that I needed to contact them. At this point, they had not sent me a purchase confirmation email so I did not think that the purchase went through. I went to their website and tried to access my order so I could cancel it and request a refund but the order information that they gave me does not let me access my order so I had to email their customer service department to cancel the order and process a refund. When I asked them to cancel the order, they ignored my request, charged my card and proceeded to continue processing my order. I sent them at least seven or eight emails requesting that they cancel my order and refund my money but they continue to ignore my request. I let them know that I would be filing a complaint with BBB of **********, **. I would like Palm Beach Jewelry to cancel my order and refund my money.
