I was contacted by the magazine for an exclusive 1 year contract with the magazine to go out quarterly to all the members of several prominent golf communities in and around the ******, ***** area. I agreed and paid $900. Shortly after, I was contacted to upgrade my offer to a 3 year exclusive and have the front inside cover and the back cover for an additional $1800 which I agreed to and paid in full up front. I started the process with the graphic designer and then we hit delays. The phone calls back and forth and the excuses on the other line...oh I am new...I don't have that answer, let me find out for you and get back and on and on. They said they send the final draft in a draft copy to our mailing address so we got one magazine which wasn't even a magazine...it was paper folded over with no staples. The magazine never went out to any members. We missed the first deadline promised. In the meantime, we had to start working with a new designer. Every time we turned around someone new was on the phone or in the email mix so it was very unorganized. Finally after a few months of back and forth and getting no where, I asked to speak with the owner. I was given a number and left a message with no call back to address the issue. Finally we got two beautiful ads that my partner actually put together. A new lady called me claiming she was out sick last year but would make sure this was taken care of, offered me a few more golf communities for another $500 which I did because the ads were done. A new graphic designer called and when I said the ads were done she said she just started and she had nothing in her file for us. At that point I lost my mind and disputed the charges on my CC. The magazine showed them proof that they mailed me one magazine and said they fulfilled their obligation so kept the charge on my card. The mag was supposed to go to members not to me. A mess for months and metal anguish and these people did not care at all. Constant lies

After trying to reach to this company for weeks I am finally ready to file my complain about them here. In February 12, 2023, I received a call from an individual at "Luxurious Life Magazine" selling their quarterly Luxurious Life Magazine in my area. They named 4 or 5 different private clubs/communities in my area and wanted to offer me a page in the magazine. After some discussion I bought a page (4 times for that year) for $800.00. Almost immediately after that I was contacted by 2 people from the company simultaneously. One **** introduced as the "graphic designer" and the other *************************** upselling me to exclusivity in the quarterly magazine for another $1600. I thought i did my due dilliginacy, asked about their website, looked around, etc and then decided to take the "exclusivity." For several weeks I worked with the "graphic designer" who finally sent me my ad with the promise to put it out in the publication the following month and send me the free copy of the magazine. Needless to say i haven't seen or heard a word from them ever since. I''ve been trying to reach anyone for the last week. Today i finally managed to get a person on a phone who couldn't answer any of my questions. None of the their contact phones are working. I have since given up on this knowing pretty quickly that it was a scam. I'm out $2400 and there isn't a thing I can do about this unless we all get together for a class action suit.

Noticing that many many people have complained about this company, I'm going to add my story here. In Nov 2022, I received a call from an individual at "Luxurious Life Magazine" selling their quarterly Luxurious Life Magazine in my area. They named 4 or 5 different private clubs/communities in my area and wanted to offer me a page in the magazine. After some discussion I bought a page (4 times for that year) for $400.00. I gave my CC and immediately started getting emails that my CC was being processed. I was immediately contacted by 2 people from the company simultaneously. One introduced themselves as the "graphic designed" and the other upselling me to exclusivity in the quarterly magazine for another $1500. I asked them for their website, looked around, etc and then decided to take the "exclusivity." For several weeks I worked with the "graphic designed" who raised some red flags with me. I complained and was assigned another graphic designer who did not engage with me, was difficult to get a hold of, etc. When I finally received the product, it wasn't "professional." Their product was sub-par. I sent an email to the company and copied the graphic designed on Dec 13, 2022, asking for my $$ back. That's when the runaround started. For the next several months I tried numerous times to get someone to call me and nothing. Emails to the graphic designer was "I can't help you." I have since given up on this knowing pretty quickly that it was a scam. I'm out $1,900.00 and there isn't a thing I can do about this unless we all get together for a class action suit.

On October 17th 2022, I spoke with ******************* and **************** *************, or ************) from Luxurious Life Magazine. She cold called me. I am a Realtor and she sold me a marketing package for $900.00. The term was for 1 year. I was to be placed on their website and have 4 magazine editions printed and mailed to all the members of the communities in ************** (************, The ******************** (******), and *********************** (************). The magazine was to have a full color 8.5x11 ad of my business placed in the magazine. Two of the four Magazines should have been printed and mail by this date and NOTHING was ever printed or mailed to anyone in any of these communities. Nor as promised a copy to myself. I have contact this business via email and by phone with my concerns numerous times over the past 4 months. They refuse to show me any proof of what I paid for was distributed as per our agreement. I have asked for a refund and was denied.I am asking to BBB to help me recover my $900.00 as this business is a total scam and they have not production any of the product they promised me and I paid upfront in full back in October 2022, it is now May 14th, ******************************************************** the attached you will see my supporting documents. I obviously cannot sent you the phone calls I have had with them without resolution.Thank you, ***************** Realtor with ****************** ******* Realty ************, on ************ *******.

On December 6 I received a call from this company stating they were selling advertising for real estate agents in the ********* ********** newsletter. This is a club that is in my area of business. I mistakenly fell for their scam and agreed to advertise for $1000. I gave the man I spoke to my credit card. After I hung up, I did not feel good about it and sent an email to company stating I wanted to cancel. Their website says anyone can cancel within 10 days. I did not hear from them and so I filed a dispute with my credit card company to stop payment. I spoke to a woman there names *******, who told me she was an Account Manager. She said they would cancel the transaction. They did not honor this and sent my credit card company bogus information. Since then, I have called the company on many occasions and have gotten the run around from everyone I have spoken to. They have all said the transaction would be cancelled, but they do not cancel it. Last week I spoke to a man names **** who said he would be calling my credit card company to reverse the charge and this was not done. I called him again this week and he did not return my call. I have also emailed and asked them to show proof of any ad they claim to have done for me and I have received nothing.

On 06/28/2022, *************************** (an alias) called me selling ad space for "Luxurious Life Magazine ***** a counterpart of Luxurious Life ************* **** as well. She stated that the magazine goes out to our local county clubs residents (of your choice) quarterly. She further stated that the previous Realtor that held exclusive right to the magazine as the only Realtor was currently in hospice care and the space was up for grabs. Needing to fill the space quickly she told me that I could have the full page of the back cover for a year (4 issues) for the total cost of $1,400. This was great so I bought it. ******* then told me that she spoke to her boss "*************************" who is actually ************************* (as we found out in court), and he approved to sell me the back cover for the next 3 years at the same price, with exclusive rights as the only Realtor if I purchased the additional 2 years. That was an additional $2,800 but I wasn't worried because ******* also told me that I had a money back guarantee with my purchases and (there's more) she was even throwing in the second inside page of the magazine for the entire 3 years as an additional bonus! That's exclusive right for 3 years, full back cover, inside the first right hand page and a guarantee of my money back if I do not make 2 real estate sales within 9 months of the first publication. Needless to say, I authorized the second charge for the additional $2,800 totaling $4,200 total. It is a great sales pitch and is an excellent scam, as you can see from the dozens of Realtors that have left reviews and posted online. The exact same scam and exact same offer, with the exception of 6-9 months and number of sales guaranteed. ******* is also very thorough! Once her pitch is complete and the payment(s) processed you get an email from your ad designer assigned to you to create your ad. This keeps you busy with no magazine in sight. They were just sued in *************** County, *******; case #**-2022-SC-018823.

On August 30, 2022, I received a call to my business line from Luxurious Life Magazine, who claimed they had a relationship with the ************************* ****************************, **********************, **********************, and the ********************** where they distribute quarterly magazines to the members. They offered their advertising services, including graphic design, with an introductory 2-year commitment of $1,100. The payment was made, and I was contacted by ***************************, the graphic designer, to work on my ad copy for the first publication. Everything seemed legit at this point, and I eventually signed off on the proofs. The shipping department later contacted me to send me a 'First Cut' of the magazine for my review (which did arrive). However, I was told I would receive copies of the publications when they were shipped to the country clubs. Then I was contacted again on September 28, 2022, by another representative who indicated that another advertiser had backed out and they had availability for advertising with the *************************, *************************, *****************, ******************************************** With some negotiation, he was able to offer me these additional clubs for the two-year commitment for a charge of $1,287. Again payment was made, but now things started to seem off. I reached out via email in November as I never received a copy and did not believe they were shipped as promised. ********************* told me on November 2, 2022, that they began shipping the fall edition on the first and will continue for the next two weeks. He thanked me for my patience, but I have not heard or received anything since that communication. Their website indicates a refund policy of only ten days from the transaction, but they did not uphold their end of the bargain, and I should be entitled to a full refund of $2,387.

I was contacted by this magazine for advertising as a real estate agent in magazines distributed to members of golf courses, country clubs, and equestrian clubs. I spoke numerous times to a woman named ******* who stressed multiple times that this was risk-free advertising, as there was a guarantee of 2 closed transactions from this advertising.First payment 12/23/21 - $1200 (for artwork and getting the ad together)2nd payment 12/27/21 - $5000 for running the ad (which I was told would run in the Spring edition in April)3rd payment 2/8/22 - $4000 for expanding the area for advertising Since the ad was to run in April 2022, the 6 month time period for the guarantee would end sometime in October 2022. I called ******* to discuss the fact that I never received any contacts AT ALL from any of the advertising, and I therefore was requesting my refund. She said that the 6 months wasn't up yet. I called back early November, and she stated that they were having computer problems due to the hurricane that had occurred in **, and to call back. After numerous calls and e-mails, I continued to get the runaround and told someone would reach out to me, which they never did. Until finally I was assigned to someone named *****, who informed me in January 2023 by e-mail that they don't give refunds passed 6 months. It took 3 months for them to even respond to me, only to tell me that they basically don't honor their guarantee. I NEED MY MONEY BACK

I was contacted by *************************** to place an ad in Luxurious Life Magazine. A magazine alledgely distributed to country clubs in my area. The ad came with a money back guarantee that if I did not have 2 closings in 6 the first 6 months I got a full refund. I have this in writing. So I reached out in June and ******* informed me that the magazine did not publish until March so I had to wait til then to apply for my refund. So I started calling in September. It has been nothing but a run around *********** was originally incorporated under Luxurious Life Magazine *** by *************************. She/He then disolved the corporation (by lying that it didn't have any outstanding debts) in May of 2022. I spoke with a ************* who is "customer service" and she told me my account would now by handled by *************************. ****** told that the I only had 90 days to claim a refund despite what the guarantee states. She also told me that the only way that I could get my money back was to go to my bank and dispute the charge. I told her that 1) it was too late for that and 2) that's fraud. Her response was that was the only way I was going to get my money. She will not return my calls now. **** says that the company is owned by ************************* There are numerous businesses incorporated in ******* by ******************* with the word "Luxurious" in the name I'm sure he'll claim I'm complaing about the wrong company but I'm not. I also notice that now the website says you have 10 days for a refund. Not if you put in writing that I have to wait 6 months ********************. I want my $3500 and I want these scammers shut down. ******************** parents are "reformed" compulsive gamblers per their website so that says alot about her. The address ************************* used to file the corporate papers originally is a senior living complex. They probably conned her into to being their *****. These people need to be in JAIL.
