Excellent sales representative Matthew P.. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous & made sure ALL my questions were answered before I hung up. Offer matched or beat ALL other companies I tried including "Lifeline" directly. Full system provided. Recommend Annual plan if affordable for you, includes thirteen months, no contract (if cancelled for any reason, $ prorated & credited back to payment method. Call them! They are the best! Not pushy, no fancy gimmicks, just general patience and understanding. They (********) made it a point to carefully answer all my concerns and questions, and she showed compassion for my elderly parents. I felt so satisfied with everything I heard/learned that I purchased a plan (affordable) for both of my parents. The 13-month rate was fantastic. Your agent, *************************, was most helpful and detailed in his explanations of your system and financial agreement information. ******* reviewed all options and made appropriate recommendations to insure a custom fit specifically for my dad. He set up a three way call with my father so the three of us could go over the details together. The process was efficient and only took about 15 minutes to complete including questions we had.
