      Can I leave no stars... We purchased a one year subscription for our 99 year old father. Prior to the expiration we called and told One Call that we would not be renewing. They told us how to send back the equipment and they received the equipment prior to the expiration date of the renewal. They still went ahead and renewed and charged us $550. We called and they told us it can take up to a month to refund our money. So a month goes by and no refund. Now they are telling us we didn't return some broken equipment from 14 months ago. Very sad that they would ******* a 99 year old.

      I was on OneCallAlert's website last night, ordering their service for my mother. I made my choice, went through the check-out process, & ended up getting an error message, with no order confirmation of any kind... yet my bank account was still charged. So, today I called & spoke with someone from the sales department, who said they couldn't help me, & that I needed to call customer service... but, that there's nobody from that department in today, because of Memorial Day. That wasn't true, because I ended up calling customer service & spoke with someone. Long story short, I was bounced around back & forth between **************** service, 3 times... each time, was without telling me they were transferring me... & each time, sales claiming that customer service was closed today... even though I told them I spoke with customer service... it's like they weren't even listening to me. And, the last guy I spoke with, in sales, was extremely rude... not exactly a great quality in sales. It's pretty sad (for them, anyways), that they have now lost a potential customer, before officially signing up. Treating customers or potential customers, like they treated me, will certainly not get them very far. I'm just going to look for a different company... one that treats me with respect.

      This is a dishonest company. In order to talk to anyone you have to agree to receive robocalls and robotexts from them. Once you talk to someone they are unwilling to remove you from their robocall and robotext list, claiming they don't know how. The agent I talked to lied and claimed that none of their competitors use TWO cell phone companies. His demeanor was that of aggressive sales tactics and he was not pleasant to work with. BE AWARE that "One Call Alert" and "Mobile Help" are the SAME company, and you should avoid BOTH.

We provide a choice to prospective customers; select option #1 in our IVR to talk with a Sales Consultant or simply hang-up and not be contacted. While you agreed to receive calls and text messages (that could be done by robo dialers), no outreach efforts were made to you. Because, when you spoke with our agent and asked to not be called, you were placed on our Do Not Call (DNC) list. Here at One Call Alert (OCA) we offer lifesaving personal emergency response systems. We do what we can to help our customers get set up with the safety protection that they need. Our Sales Consultants are experts on our products and services and while they know some of the offerings of our competitors they are not experts. We do apologize for any mis- information that may have been provided to you. MobileHelp acquired OCA in 2019 and they operate as two separate companies.
