AWESOME! The moving team crushed it! We were without power from a storm that had blown through from the night before, but that didnt stop them from being quick, kind, and effective at moving my stuff in. Couldnt be more happy with the service I received!

When I searched for moving companies in my area, I found one in particular, ARENA *** Lines, with the worst reviews online, then I found Interstate with OK reviews, I called Interstate and they immediately tricked me with an unbeatable price that I couldn't say no. 6500 bucks from ** to OR, I had in my mind that the value will increase, but not that it would double up. Anyways, I got a second call to confirm on the items to be moved, I went item by item, sizes, quantities, (a waste of my time by the way) value went up by 2000. That same day, I was told to prepare 3 checks for payment, one payment was done after that call. Second check to be paid the day of the move, and last one on the delivery date. On the moving day, we were very well prepared boxes aligned for easy carry, parking spaces very close to our apt ready for them to park, etc. guess who showed up to pick my stuff? ARENA VL, they showed up late in a grumpy mood, and with a new contract in hand, they went through my stuff and gave a total different price, almost 3000 higher from the previous 8500. I showed them the inventory I worked with the Interstate Rep so they verify that nothing was changed. However, ARENA VL couldn't care less about what I said about the inventory. Anyways, I was told that if I didn't sign the new contract they couldn't take the stuff, and that I needed to pay more money that the one I had prepared as my second payment because this has to match the new given price. I called Interstate next day to complain about how I was treated and threatened, told them that I didn't want to deal anymore with ARENA VL since I didn't hired them I hired Interstate. Of course Interstate rep showed concerned about the case, but did nothing. My stuff was delivered in bad shape. I did submit a claim and Interstate has not been involved at all on the process, I have to deal with ARENA VL. For all this, I would never do business with them again, and I would recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from them.
