BlueDogInk sold us toner they didn't have. No stock of it, backordered, no idea when it could ever arrive. This, despite promising on their website 90% of their orders arrive within 2 days and maximum 7 days. They never apologized, and didn't seem to ever intend to notify us it was backordered and delayed.Review from Yer V

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company to order ink from. If I can give NO STARS I would! I should have read comments from here before purchasing. Now I currently have a printer that is nonoperational due to no drum unit as I have now ran out when I purchased on their site it shows in stock and should be shipping out soon. November came and we still have not received it, I emailed them and they reply stating it's not in stock and was on back order. I ordered it in October and it is now late November. For a busy business with a printer that is nonoperational is stressful. I would not recommend ordering any items from this company!Review from Bill C

Terrible customer service. Website stated that all items I ordered were in stock and should be delivered in 1 day. 2 days go by and I get nothing, their website states the order is still pending. I contact them via their online form. No response. The next day I call them 4 times, they claim that all agents are busy, leave a message and someone will call you back. I leave a message stating my name, order number and phone number to please call back. They email me a few minutes later stating "Thank you for your voicemail, typically all order take 24 hours for warehouse processing and 2 to 5 business days for shipment.". No question was asked in my voicemail and they didn't want to even ask what the issue was. I replied "The order was placed 2 days ago. The site advertises 1 day delivery. Also I emailed yesterday with no response." to which they responded everything was out of stock and the I was supposed to get an automated email which must have been a glitch. It would be 2-3 weeks minimum for it to come back in stock. Don't waste your time with them, absolutely terrible business.Review from Jenn L

0 star review. This company is horrible. As all the other complaints state, one product was out of stock, but not listed as such. It took two weeks to get a shipping confirmation. The first one said **** but the tracking number was not valid. I emailed and they sent another tracking number, this time for ****** but also not a valid code. After my 3rd email complaint, they allegedly shipped it via ****** When I went to check a few days later, it said it had been delivered 3 days ago and signed for by *********. I emailed, demanding a full refund, started a ***** claim, and contacted my back to dispute the charge. This company is despicable, to say the least.Review from Mountaintop Grace Community

I ordered two copier toners for a total of $183.96 on March 15, 2022 because their site said it was in stock. They charged our card and never sent the toners. I emailed them every so often to check on the order and they always said it was out of stock but should be in soon. In the meantime, we received our new credit/debit card....same number and security code....only the expiration date had changed. When I called and said to cancel the order and we want a refund they said it couldn't be done because the expiration date on our card changed. I asked them to send me a check and they said "WE DON'T WRITE CHECKS." Who ever heard of a company that doesn't write checks??? I asked them to refund us through our paypal account and they refused. I told them what they are doing is THEFT. There is NO PHONE number for them on my invoice. Worst company I have ever dealt with.Review from Kerrie W

I finally got my printer 5 days after the latest advertised date. I brought it to customer services attention and they did not even acknowledge my complaint. There were other shenanigans with addresses and phone numbers that were part bluedog and part carrier problems but bluedog gave me the wrong tracking number and did not care in the least that my delivery was late. My printer was broken and I live in a rural area. I can't just run down to fedex and print for a fee or buy a company grade printer. My business was basically on hold until the printer came. I would have ordered from another vendor if I had known it would take so long to get my order. But hey, the shipping was free right? The one star is because I can't give 0. They could have avoided this rating if they had simply acknowledged my complaint and indicated that they cared at all.Review from Karen B

I used to use blue dog ink for supplies along with others. I needed another laser 3 in1 . So I ordered an Epson printer from Bluedogink. When it arrived the box was a little beat up, I opened it up to find the cover plate lid had both side hinges were broken and lying on the cover plate. I emailed bluedogink with pictures of the box and broken parts and paperwork. They said I had to contact epson which I said was kind of strange because I had purchased printer from them. They didn't want to hear it. I contacted Epson and I asked for a refund which they replied that they do not refund money they would replace the unit. Now why in the world would I want a printer that was built so cheap. After going back and forth they sent a replacement and I donated it to a local charity. I **** never purchase an Epson product .They are built like garbage. And I **** never make a purchase from bluedogink or any other brand they sell under. I own real estate companies and use lots of ink.Review from Kaesea W

Two weeks ago, I made a purchase on the Bluedogink website for a new printer. This purchase came after looking through the available printers they offer. It is two weeks later and my order is still pending. Last week, I emailed their customer support to ask for an update, the response I received was that the item is on backorder and it would be another couple of weeks. Before placing my order, I read their FAQs where they explain how to tell which printers are in stock for immediate shipping. The printer I selected and purchased stated that it was available; in fact, it still states that it is available for immediate delivery. I have checked the availability often, and it has never shown to be in a backorder status. I don't know what the actual status of my order is. I have tried calling, but their answering service will tell you that there isn't an available rep to answer my call and the fastest way to speak to someone is to email, however, their email reps leave a lot to be desired (I'm still waiting on a follow-up email I sent last week). There has been zero communication regarding my order; I don't actually know if I will receive my product or not, but if by some miracle I do, I am cutting ties with this company and will never spend money with them again.
