I too, was *******. The original purchase was the shipping cost of a kid's guide, I bought two and the guides themselves were advertised as free. I paid the shipping cost. A month later I see charges for over $50 to my account for 'subscriptions' to about 7 different services I did not want or authorize. I am in contact to get this refunded. I should have known better I suppose, but scams under the guise of 'education' is a new low to me.Review from Emily M

This is a SCAM! Their advertisement says I would get the Kids Ultimate Guide to the Election Process but it was never delivered. I've now got a charge on my credit card for $23.22 for a recurring service I never received! I've cancelled my account on their website. Hopefully I don't get charged again since this seems like a complete scam...Review from Ambrosio D

I Their web site said that I could receive a Kids Guide to *********************** for $1.00 so I entered my credit card information the charge was $23.93, so I called them right away and told them that I wanted to cancel my order and the man named ****** said OK it will take 2 to 5 business days. Well the charge is still on my credit card, the order I placed was on, 3-19-24, so I called him back on 3-25-24, and I told him that I want my order canceled once again, he said ok no problem but the charge is still on my card. What I am looking for is a refund, and since they advertise the BBB on their Web site, I am contacting you to contact them and get me a refund. So if I am the only person who has been swindled then I guess this is all new News to you.Review from Tamara C

SCAM ! I am very disappointed in ************************* and this type of deception effects his daughter's political ambitions as well !!His commercial is for a "FREE" booklet, pay the shipping and handling of $2.00. I ordered on January 24, ****. never received the book. February 12, **** they billed my credit card another $7.95 February 13, **** they billed my credit card AGAIN this time for $21.90 It took over 10 minutes on the phone to speak to a representative who sounded like his was half asleep. He said they would refund the last 2 charges. ******** needs to do better.........this is a SCAM

False advertising. I was supposed to receive a free book. Once I read the very fine print, it stated a monthly charge of $21.95 and $8.95. I immediately canceled. I canceled within 1 hour of creating the account. I was just charged again today. There is no phone to call, nothing. They only have a leave-a-reply box. No one ever responds. According to our records, ****************** submitted a cancellation request via our customer service portal on 2/12/24. Upon receipt of her request, her account was cancelled and the charge was immediately refunded. I would give them zero. I ordered the espired magazine ( American history) for my grand daughter who lives in another state. She did receive the magazine (my daughter said it is more like a pamphlet). It also said after I ordered it that I would be able to see what she was getting. But it did not say that this would be an ongoing charge. My husband was looking over our credit card charges and found in less than a year they had charged us over 300$ on top of the 50$ initial price. Customer service agent said it was clearly written on the offer. I’m guessing it was in fine print. Don’t get involved with this unless you want your kids to watch videos. My grand daughter does not get to spend very much time online so we have paid over 300$ for a little history pamphlet.Espired, LLC Response

We are sorry that ************** had this experience with her purchase. Our terms and conditions clearly state that the customer would continue to receive shipments monthly that would be charged to the credit or debit card that we have on file. We post our terms and conditions on the website, in the shopping cart, on the confirmation page, and in the welcome/confirmation letter(s) that the customer receives after their purchase is complete. In fact, a customer cannot submit their credit card information until they agree to the terms and conditions in the shopping cart. As requested, and in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee, we processed a refund for charges in the last 90 days.Review from Joy R.

I was slicked into them taking $150 in 5 months for a publication that I thought was going to be about 9 per month, charged at random times so you cant keep up with the whirlwinds of charges-no set monthly date-they literally just take what they want when they want-no set price. The worth the $23 you will pay. When you sign up they make no mention of the 9 you sign up for then hit you for the 23 and if youre busy you miss the 30 day deadline. Best thing you know over $40 per month is coming out of your account for a publication. Nothin interactive. They will not notify you before they take funds. I know read the fine print but some sour test would be nice from a so called ********* based service.Review from Jeremy W

This is a scam. I ordered one book and paid for shipping then find additional charges two weeks later. I did not authorize any additional charges nor do I desire any additional products. SCAM. Do not sign up or buy anything from them.Espired, LLC Response
