Early September, I sent a message looking to end my lease to own, and return the item I was leasing. On 9/14, the returns department asked for info, in which I have sent that info, and that has been the last communication I have received from the business, and have been waiting several weeks to return the item and close out the lease.Business response

Unfortunately, at times, we may experience communication delays due to our vendor's return process. We have reached out to the consumer and resolved the issue to their satisfaction. I went online to check my available spending limit but it was at 0. Each time I've checked with the intent of purchasing something, that's what it says. I've contacted customer service to find out why, despite all prior transactions being paid on time without past due balances. I was told it was policy to reset spending limits for accounts with no purchases within 60 days of prior. I looked at the terms of use and it says 12 months. I'd like to find out when this change was made because I've had periods of inactivity longer than 60 days without having my balance set to zero.Business response

Lease No(s): ********XXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXXX, ********XXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXXX and ****XXXXXXXXX. All leases were on a biweekly billing schedule, however had one weekly payment remaining at the end of the lease terms. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As a courtesy, we have removed the final weekly charges, closed all 5 leases, and restored the spending limits. The consumer was notified via email and is satisfied with the resolution. When I purchased my item, my payments were automatically taken from my account leading up to my information getting kicked out of their system causing my account to be past due because of technical problems! Then after my purchase I was laid off and I did sign up for the flex advantage where if you lose your job, they either pay the remaining balance or work with you on your payments and they have yet to help me! When I call to speak with someone on the issue and I tell them about the situation, they have no knowledge of the flexadvantage which I was paying for each month!Business response
