I am honestly shocked about my third experience with Flexshopper because I have used their services in the past. As a busy person, I take care of most of my bills online and do the same for Flexshopper. My 90 day was the same as cash was ending on 6/26/2024, and I wanted to take advantage of it so I paid off all the balances that were necessary to cover the remaining balance. I was initially under the impression that everything was good, but when I checked my account on 7/2 I saw that I had a balance of $45 due to NSF that I swiftly took care of. For some reason, my brain kept telling me to check my Flexshopper account because I just wanted to make sure that the account was closed. I checked this morning and saw that they were still charging my card. I called customer service the first time I was hung up on, and on the second call (which I'm still waiting to speak to a supervisor), I am so disappointed in the customer service I've received, and ********************** lost me as a customer. You do have the option to return the item so you can give yourself a clear mind. Don't recommend using them, if anything save your own money and purchase it that way.

I have been charged by this company several times now when it has already been confirmed twice that I have no account with them associated with any of my personal information. They have made me jump through several loops to reach out to people through email who have not responded to me at all. I have contacted them several times, trying to figure out what product they are charging me for and why they continue to try to charge my checking account even though it has been confirmed I do not have an account with them. I see that theyve done this to several other people as well. I didnt even know they existed until I saw their name on my bank statement.

First, they undercharged me, so when I finished making the amount of payments I was supposed to, they began charging interest. This seems like a deliberate way for them to make extra profit. I'm currently supposed to be paying over two thousand dollars for tires. I had to stop the interest payments due to economic reasons, but somehow they managed to start taking money from my account again without my authorization. I have reached out to them for a statement so that they can continue to withdraw money from my account. But they have my old email address, and when I asked to change it, they said I couldn't make any changes to my account until I paid. This means I can't obtain evidence of the amount of interest they are charging me, which seems to be intentionally inflated.

She refused to answer simple questions regarding my order issue when I asked about a refund.
