About a month ago I was shopping for a product listed on this website. They had a decent price and I planned to purchase from them when I received my paycheck. When I received my check a few weeks later the price was increased and additional 150%! They claimed they price matched so I found the same product on multiple other websites and emailed them about price matching. They never responded to me or my messages and then a few weeks after that they put a 50% off sale on the product so the price is now still higher than what it was originally listed at! They purposely jacked up pricing in order to give a sale and charge more than they should and they lie about price matching. They did not price match and my requests to price match were ignored. They simply claim they price match to attract customers but do not respond to inquiries. I am sure they knew they were trying to fool consumers and manipulate pricing on this item hence why they did not respond to my price match inquiry. A shame because I wanted to give them my business simply because I wanted to support the company and now I will NEVER support the company ever again and I make sure to tell anyone I know to avoid them at all costs.Customer response

Here they just sent me an email advertising the price of the product at ******, however when you follow the link the product is priced at ******. This company uses deceptive marketing and pricing tactics to squeeze value from consumers.Initial Complaint

I placed an expedited order and have not received the shipping label yet. It has been almost a week and the order hasn't shipped. It should have shipped in 1-3 days. I contacted the company and have received no response. They charged my card for the order. I don't want to wait any longer as it doesn't take this long for an expedited shipment or a simple response. Their website is Puffitup but they show up on payment as Warehouse Goods.Business response
