Dispute Reason:Car was registered by my grandson and it said confirmed and that car was registered for 3 days He didn't realize to put in my email address unfortunately I was shocked to go outside and see my car was booted. You employee was unpleasant and didn't want to give me his name As you can see by my uploaded photos, I took a photo of my license plate at 11:57 and there is a history of visiting your website from this morning, right after that. Car was booted at 3;05 I'm requesting a refund as I only paid under duress, as my husband just had surgery and I was in a hurry to get back home to him. I will be contacting the BBB if I don't get satisfaction Thank you for you cooperation I paid $78 fee under extreme duress to get the boots removed from my car because I had no choice. I am a member of the protected class-military. I returned from orders and my car was parked less than 24 hours on the street citing parked on grass. A total of 5 other vehicles on the same street were parked on the street in the exact manner as my vehicle. However, my vehicle was the only one booted. This company violated its own rules by receiving improper information about my vehicle being parked for duration (less than 24 hours) and the the company failed to boot all remaining cars parked on the street in the same positions on the street. I have pictures to support this claim and as active military returning from orders, this enforcement is federally unlawful.Initial Complaint

ELITE PARKING SERVICES illegally immobilize my vehicle on 05/11/2023 at 12:20am. My vehicle was not in violation of any rules or property regulations. The vehicle was parked on the even side of the road in the ******************** community in *************, *******. Ive attached a photo of the parking rules which are posted throughout the neighborhood. Parking on the street is prohibited between 1am and 6am. The technician erroneously immobilized my vehicle at 12:20am (immobilization warning attached) when I alerted him of his mistake he began to ****** and ****** me this went on for two hours. He refused to correct his mistake or remove the boot unless I paid the $75!!. ***** was extremely unprofessional and nasty because I am a young women he felt it was okay to prey on me. Once I got a male figure involved he quickly admitted his fault and forced me to pay $45 to remove the boot. He charged me $45 to fix HIS mistake. How disgusting and unethical I demand justice and a full refundInitial Complaint

I visited my friend's house and I wasn't able to register my car on a guest parking as they don't have a wi fi or network signal inside the parking garage. Although I have the code and all the necessary info to register. You scan the bar code and the page simply isn't opening. I came back couple hours later to find my car booted. It was 11:30pm, I had a 5 yo child and needed to go home. I called Elite Compliance and rude representative told me that the technician will come within an HOUR and then I'd get a call from them. He lied. I called him back in one hour and he said that I had to wait another 10 minutes and then they would call me. I called him back again in 15 minutes to hear that they removed the boot. I didn't get the answer why the heck did they promise to call me and didn't. They left parts of the stickers on my window which THEY glued there. Maybe if you put something on someone else's window YOU should remove it and leave it as it was before??Very unprofessional, rude, slow company which does business like a criminal. You should have technicians closer than 1,5 hours from the area where you boot the cars. Train your agent to speak with customers respectfully. You Have to clean the windows properly after your stickers. You cannot just get the window dirty, take the money and leave!Initial Complaint

Paid for 9 hour parking ($14.00) and ticket printed was for 3hrs. None of these kiosks have an option for 3 hours. l then placed the ticket on dash w/note and still received a $25 ticket. I've been parking at that SAME particular location for the last 18 years. The location is beneath ************ ******* where I am a contractor for the venue. I literally just parked my car 36 minutes ago at my friends house to pick something up and came back out to find my car being booted on both wheels. These people are money your nary scammers that will take advantage of anything they can lay their hands on to make an extra few hundred bucks on innocent civilians. I called in and the customer service first of all was horrendous Ive never met anybody that doesnt care about anything else on the phone than a gentleman by the name of **** that answers the lines. How can somebody park for a few minutes come back out to leave and you have both wheeled booted and a sticker all over the windshield thats hard to actually get off and is a danger to your visibility while your driving. Trust me I understand every business has to make a living but to take advantage of Innocent people is uncalled for. I tried to make a payment online while I had **** on the phone and he said I dont need to be on the phone while you make a payment its not part of my job description all I wanted was to get a confirmation from him while I had him on the phone to make sure he got my payment so that he can send a driver to unboot my car and my friends car but instead he said thats not his job I wanted to confirm a driver was on the way because just like how their time is money so is mine. He didnt give me the Courtesy and had horrible customer service skills. Somebody needs to do something to check this company because the last time I checked customer service is #1 to running ANY business unless youre in the industry to s**** people over which they are.
