We contracted Floridas Best Lawn and Pest to spray the lawn with pest control in May 9, 2023. We paid them $702 UPFRONT for 12 services (the year). They only came once (in May) and none in June. They claimed to have come, but I shared the footage with the Owner and showed him that NO ONE came. He promised he would tell me this week date and time when he would arrive this week to actually fulfill Junes obligation. Its Thursday today and no response. I escalated and requested a refund, he blocked my number. I called from another line, and he was swearing at me and my wife and did not provide a date when we could expect refund, and abruptly hung up again. Now he doesnt respond to emails and texts as we want written communication. He also said hes affiliated and accredited with BBB on the phone and on his website. I am also fearful that he may cause harm towards us due to the way he was speaking to us on the phone and handling this matter.Business response

Customer paid for a service. We provided a service. Customer all yelled, cursed, disrespected *********** and also harassed him over the phone.Customer response

I am rejecting this response. My wife and I have recordings of him disrespecting us after ignoring several requests to provide a timeline of when they would finally arrive, after falling through on their initial promise. Lied to us saying they came and serviced (camera footage provided) they only agreed to come the following week (but never showed) after I proved to them with camera footage that no one from their company came. They also made threats and we are concerned for our safety. Neither of the owners ************************* or the other guy el Gato is***d an apology to a client that provided an opportunity for prolonged business relationship, paid in advanced for a year, and brutally disrespected in this way. Also ask them to remove us from email marketing STOP courting our business immediately. We still get their emails. Nonetheless, weve finally received the refund after threatening to *** them. Thank you BBB for facilitating this claim process. To the company we are in dispute with: dont bother responding.Sincerely,
