Sadly we looked at a beautiful sweet little male pup today. We asked for price before traveling. They sat with us with the dog when we asked we were told the cost of the dog had went down from $7500 to $5200. Really do not understand how this retail upsale is allowed. The teens running the show were not helpful. ******** who worked with us was kind & helpful & did say thank you for coming in. When we left & said have a good day we got zero response. This place should be looked into for the amount they are charging. Rescues are $300 for a puppy. Working with a breeder directly is less than $7500!!!

The kids working in the phony store front are kind and professional BUT Corporate aka Pet Solutions aka the Owner are Frauds and I was lied to. Puppy got home and 1st p*** was ****** diarrhea. Got worse, I called the store, they said take puppy to Vet and call Pet Solutions for reimbursement. Spent over $1000 for visit to find out puppy is not certified heathy as Puppy ***** claimed and advertised. Pet Solutions will not reimburse me only $126 for the meds. I treated the puppy with meds for days, puppy still passing ****** stool diarrhea, not eating and lethargic. I asked to return the puppy and my money back and want to be reimbursed for the vet visit, was told I can only get an exchange for another puppy. I asked if I could dropped puppy off, they said if I did, they would call the cops on me. Not happy at all.After dealing with this company Pet Solutions aka Corporate for 6 days, I want nothing to do with them. They lied to me and sold me a very unhealthy puppy. False advertising, poor corporate communication, they dont care about the well being of any puppies especially after they gladly take your money. They need to be held accountable for what they do to customers. Buyer beware.

I visited the shop today. One of the puppies bit my arm and it started to bleed. I asked for a bandaid and not one of the women were attentive to my needs. I told them again that I needed something to stop the bleeding and reluctantly, one of the women finally went to the back and got me one. So, after bleeding for 10 minutes, I mentioned that I would never purchase a puppy from this shop. Their response was "Have a Good Day". Question; why are people working and caring for puppies unable to care for their fellow human beings? Maybe, there should be a new , caring staff hired.

I have never written a review about a business , but I believe in supporting small business; I will make an exception for PUPPY BUDDIES (aka PALM BEACH PUPPIES, INC,) in Boca Raton, FL. First of all the prices were ridiculous high. I was given a price reduction for this puppy IN WRITING. I absolutely fell in love with this dog. I spent about 2-3 hours holding this baby and picking out accessories and pet supplies for this dog to take home. When the sales associate was ringing me up she added $800 dollar to the price, I then questioned her and she then reduced it to an extra $500. I showed my written agreement and ******** M refused to honor this. She was very rude, impolite and unpleasant. We then spoke to the manager ********* who was also surly and refused to honor the the written agreement. I was stunned by the nasty and unprofessional behaviors. More importantly, the puppy became a non issue. They were only concerned with the money. I would never walk into this
store again. Additionally, the store was not clean and smelled.

-Negative STAR, they are not even 1 Star. Worst puppy store ever! Not upfront about the entire cost of the puppy. Once you decide to purchase the puppy they take the dog to wash it, and start the paperwork, which begins with an ADDITIONAL $$$$300.00= 149.99 Microchip activation & 149.99 for some Lifetime program of vitamins which they refused to remove and said its a must to purchase the dog. Again not clear on the cost of this puppy. Then their VET that they said you need to take the new puppy to within 2 weeks, its located in Pembroke Pines! So convenient for the customers in Boca as that is where the store is located, again another **** hoping you will not go because its crazy FAR. I purchased the puppy on Sept 3, by Sept 21 she was coughing.
With in 21 days AFTER their 14 day warranty..my dog develops server kennel cough which led into pneumonia. To date, I have spent over $2200.00 in vet bills for nebulizer treatments, x-rays and medications for this poor puppy. I followed their so called "claims" process PetSolutions and submitted all my bills detailed out her illness even a video of her coughing. Less then 1 day after submission they rejected and said out of warranty. Nice...not even 30 days from purchase. I will pursue small claims court and blasting this POS puppy store all over Social Media and letting everyone I know in West/East Boca BEWARE of this puppy store. Point is this wasn't a puppy I purchased on Craigslist for $500.00 bucks, It was $3300.00 plus the additional $300.00 so I expect a puppy NOT to be on her death bed in a little over a month from purchase.
