My first complaint is that the company has refused to provide me with any invoice or paperwork to justify the $1,337.99 they took out of my bank.I called the company to fix the handle of my shower, which had become very difficult to turn off. I got same day service, and I have no complaint about the job done. It's their business practices that concern me. I talked on the phone to *********************** or something like that. He told me a quick fix would cost about $400, but the problem would likely recur in a couple years. He recommended repairs that involved going in behind the wall and would take about 4 hours, costing about $1,200. I went for the more permanent fix, and they immediately billed my bank for $1,337.99.I was surprised at how quickly the job was done afterwards, certainly not the 4-hour job I was led to expect. I was suspicious that I might have gotten the quick fix despite paying for a major repair, but I have no way of knowing because they have refused to give me an invoice detailing labor and parts, despite several phone calls. I was given no written warranty.The refusal to return my phone calls is in itself a poor reflection on this company, and I hope the workmanship does not turn out to be shoddy.
