      On Feb. 19, ************************* the amount of $205.00 Order #****, Invoice #***, for the Ready to Learn Curriculum. Per the order email, it was stated items will ship in 7-10 business days. I have tried to contact the company via phone call and email several times to check on the status of the order. The phone calls always say sorry we missed your call and gives the opportunity to leave a message. I have also emailed multiple times with no response. My order still shows as processing on the website. I have never received a shipping confirmation as promised. My bank, however, was charged immediately. I ordered from this company because it was listed as an evidence based program for schools through the ***** website (promoting evidence based school programming for SEL). I am very disappointed in the company for their failure to communicate, especially when the owner is a retired School ********************* for School Counselor.

      I purchased the Student ******************** Manual (Grades ****) for $95.00 and did not receive my product. I've emailed the company to inform then that the product had not been received (although they say processed and shipped), I receive zero reply. I've attempted to call their number listed but it is disconnected. I need this item to in order to provide services to my students. No reply is unacceptable and a horrible way to do business (especially for a resource tailored to educators). Although endorsed, I am unable to support this product and company.

      Date of Transaction : July 28, 2022 **** ******** 3, 2022 Amount of Money Paid to Buisness : $420.00 Total What the Business committed to provide us : We ordered 3 different educational programs from Atlantic Education Consultants for - Student Success Skills Grade 5 Curriculum, Student Success Skills 2.0 Classroom Manual (Grades ****) & College/Career Success ************ for SEL Success.Nature of dispute : We cut a check 8/10/2022 for these programs, it says from our banking records that the check was cashed on 8/17/2022 but no goods have been received for these products still.I have reached out to the company multiple times regarding this and in the beginning I had an individual by the name of ***** who attempted to help me. Then when I brought up the fact the orders had been paid and the check showed as already cashed by them she stopped communicating. That was in September and I have now reached out 7 more times and received no response. Their phone number is also "disconnected". i received emails in January that stated my order had been "processed" but still never received tracking or the items.Account/order/tracking # : Order #'s ****, **** & **** Attached is a scanned copy of the check we sent them that was cashed. If you need anything additional do not hesitate to reach out.I would like either a refund or the items we had ordered to finally be sent to us.
