I was scammed into this home and then the owner agreed to let me stay and said take my time cause you know I was scammed into that house. After three days you kept calling me taking about sign the lease. Once I did that and had all my utilities cut on you didn't get my gas turned on cause ***** said it was a abandoned gas line and I told him that then the unit was not working I had to go buy heaters that ran my light bill up then had to buy fans when it got hit couldn't use the air conditioners cause it has burglar bars all around the house. I made the maintenance requests and they went unanswered. The money that I out into the account they were eating through it taking the money out on the first and the 15th of the month . None of the phone numbers works when you call them then when you send a email the owner is very rude and nasty he made the reference as you people . Do not rent from them cause they only in it for the money. The house was splitting and come to find out there wasn't anything out down on the foundation and then mice started eating through the floors coming in and ants. The wiring in the kitchen went out but to no avail no one came out to fix anything.
