    For the last 5 months since moving in, we have had internet issues. ************************* requires that we have internet. We didnt say anything at first but then my wife started to get kicked out of important business meetings or her internet was running extremely slow. We went to management to express our concern and the importance of stable internet. We tried to work with them to get the matter resolved but there hasnt been any luck. Due to miscommunication on their end we are stuck in a contract with ******* for their home internet. We were giving two options. Option A) move to their sister property Option B) get our own internet and cancel their internet service. We choice option B. Since then, management has said that we cannot get the charge taken off each month which leaves us with two bills. All we want is for Waypoint Management to honor what was told to us and take the charge off for the remainder of our lease. Or they could let us break our lease penalty free.

    Do yourself and/or your family a favor and stay far away from any complex that is owned by this property management company. The fees they charge you with are absolutely outrageous. I pay for internet and the whole 12 months I lived in my apartment, it has worked for a quarter of that time and I have been charged every month. The trash valet service they provide is an absolute joke. They do not take the trash at the right times and most weeks they will miss a day and not take it, leaving me to dispose of it myself. The trash compactor they provide is constantly overflowing with trash and residents are forced to put it there because our trash was not picked up. The units are not sound proof at all, the buildings are made of wood and I can hear just about everything from my neighbors around me. I hear my upstairs neighbor walking the entire time I'm home and there is nothing I can do about it. Quiet hours here mean nothing and people do whatever they please. The management team here does not seem to care about issues when it is brought to their attention. They allow their maintenance and pest control team to enter your unit without you being there, and they do not announce themselves. This place should have never been built.
