      For the last 5 months since moving in, we have had internet issues. ************************* requires that we have internet. We didnt say anything at first but then my wife started to get kicked out of important business meetings or her internet was running extremely slow. We went to management to express our concern and the importance of stable internet. We tried to work with them to get the matter resolved but there hasnt been any luck. Due to miscommunication on their end we are stuck in a contract with ******* for their home internet. We were giving two options. Option A) move to their sister property Option B) get our own internet and cancel their internet service. We choice option B. Since then, management has said that we cannot get the charge taken off each month which leaves us with two bills. All we want is for Waypoint Management to honor what was told to us and take the charge off for the remainder of our lease. Or they could let us break our lease penalty free.

      We are forced to pay for internet services through our apartment. The problem is that our wife is constantly timing out and both my wife and I work from home which constant internet is important. Weve emailed the leasing office and asked could we get our own Wi-Fi, the answer was no. We asked could we stop paying them for a service the answer was no. Weve also asked could we break our lease because this is impeding on our day to day livelihood and could possibly impact my wife with her sales. They havent responded to our email even though weve made contact multiple times since the first time we came to them.
