              Could not be happier with the service I received from ******************* at Community Realty Associates. He made listing my property very easy and was very involved with the final stages and negotiating the contract. He was available to answer all of my questions and concerns. I got the price that I wanted for my property. I would suggest purchasing the full service package for $899.00. I feel like this is the best service for the price. I have been an appraiser for 21 years in the *********** and would recommend this service to anyone looking to save money.

              I have used this service at least 3 or 4 times and been happy with the results each time. *********************** always responds to any inquiry in a timely manner. The process is fairly straight forward so getting a listing into the *** and all the other real estate web sites usually takes less than a day. The key is for the customer to gather all the information regarding the property ahead of time. Also, I highly suggest that a professional photographer be used to get good shots of the interior and exterior (makes sure all the clutter is removed before taking pictures).

              This was an awesome way to sell my lot in southwest *******. I paid $200 flat fee for the *** listing and 3% to the buyer's agent, far less than what I would have paid doing it through a conventional 5-6% realtor. And the entire process took less than 1.5 months.
