We entered into a mutually agreed-upon contract to replace your pool cage with specialty sunscreens. During the project, you requested changes, which were clearly communicated and agreed upon through both email and text. Our goal has always been to maintain transparency and ensure that our clients are fully aware of any adjustments and their implications. 

The screens used in your project were sourced from a reputable supplier, as evidenced by the detailed receipt I provided. My team and I have extensive experience in this field, and the quality of our materials and services is a top priority. We spent over a week on your project with a dedicated team, ensuring that each custom-sized screen was installed meticulously.

Despite our professional opinion that the screens were not defective, we visited your property 3-4 times in an effort to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction. Our willingness to compensate and find a resolution is a testament to our commitment to our clients.
Legal Action as a Necessity: Unfortunately, when our attempts at resolution were unsuccessful and payment was withheld, we were compelled to take legal action to recover the dues. This step was a last resort, taken after considerable effort to amicably settle the matter.
