I needed to find out some information on a person. I found Click Search options online. It said I could run a report for .95 cents. I completed the request and entered my credit card information. I was charged the .95 cents but was also charged a $19.95 charge and a $9.95 charge. Apparently they assumed I wanted a monthly subscription. It is very unclear what those additional charges are for. I did sent my concerns to their support and they responded that the charges would be removed. They have not. Now when I try to log onto my account, it says that the account doesn't exist. When I sent another email to support, it came back as undelievered. It isn't that much money but I'm concerned I will continue to get a monthly charge and I have no way of canceling this as I cannot log in or contact their support. I want this resolved with the $19.95 and the $9.95 refunded. I cannot find the email confirming they would

Did not do what they promised. I was charged 3 different times, asked for a refund through emails and calls. I was told it was done, to check with my bank. My bank has nothing. This has been going on since May 18, 2022.

My son lost his ********* clicked on the ClickSearch website which stated it was **** to locate the phone. I put in my card ***************** I received was false. The owner of the phone & the location of the phone was completely wrong. Not only that, the bank said ClickSearch immediately started sending charges to my account. The free trial period was not even remotely true. There were 4 unauthorized charges for a total of about $70. I have emailed & called multiple times & received not one response. My financial institution is also looking into the matter & are positive it was a phishing fraud because of how quickly the supposed company started withdrawing multiple small unauthorized amounts from the account.

Hi There,In an effort to prevent identity theft, I have opted out of ************* collector sites such as Clicksearch. I have reached out to them countless times both over email and over the phone and have expressed that I would like my data removed from their website and that I do not want it to be sold or traded or shared in any away, shape or form.I first reached out on April 13th of this year, and was told by a person named *************************** (from Clicksearch) that in order to have my data removed that I needed to share my drivers license or passport. I declined to share this info, because it is highly personal and is a major red flag. I read their terms on the website and saw that a piece of mail would suffice, so I shared a photo of a junk mail catalog. This also occurred on April 13th.Since they promised to remove my data, I have reached out 5 more times, with no results. I have attached a couple of screenshots for your reference. I would like these people to be looked into for potential fraud for not doing what they said they would do, and for my data to be removed. Please kindly help confirm once this has been taken care of.Thank you ****
