Paid for services for over a year. Upgraded services hoping it would help. Ended up not getting one of my locations listed but actually have one removed.Broadleaf who said and I confirmed multiple time that I would own my listing put my locations and ownership of my ****** listing under their company. So what I paid for and ended up having to hire others to finally get the job done costing me more thousands of dollars. Was a waste, as I finally had to block Broadleafs auto draft of my account because emailing and repeatedly cancelling the service involved months with of time and endless phone calls in a broadleaf process that had no end.Terrible terrible company, wasted thousands of dollars.Finally got their auto draft of my account stopped, never received the full credit they said they would do, and almost immediately the ****** location I paid them beyond in full have now been out on the Not Verified list. So I have to start over ******** you can see they have no email address listed on their website, just a phone number that helps them control and prevents documentation of the scam they appear to be running. Paying for a service for over a year that promised results in months but ended up taking 16 months and still did not produce a finished product but did try to sell and resell us again and again is not worth a ***** if your time and money.Please do not waste your time or money. We noticed multiple voided/refunded charges, and multiple months of service that were rendered for free. Regarding your ****** Business Listing for Patriots Roofing we are unsure as to why it was placed back into a proof of business required status. Your account was cancelled within BroadLeaf's Lotus listing management program on September 3, 2024. We are happy to assist you in reinstating the ****** listing, as you paid a one-time management fee specifically for ***************'s primary location. Marketing Scam pretending they can help with ****** Ad, Merging accounts and improve Search on my business. They charged me $299 and told me they will help me merge two accounts connecting with ******- which never happened. They charged me money on 2-6-24 told me it takes a couple of weeks and now we are in June and nothing has been resolved. .Bread Leave marketing - Prime directory marketing LLc is pretending to help but dont resolve issue with ******. I hired broadleaf seo back in November to help me with my seo ranking on line at the time I first started working with them I was told that I can cancel at any time no strings attached. After having them work on my behalf for more than 4 months I didnt like their service so i decided to take my business somewhere else and in return this company continues to charge my credit card for no good reason. Even after I cancel my account. And have no access to my ****** account or anything else. This company is fraudulent and dedicated to scam companys .Initial Complaint

I received a cold call from their call center, calling about my ****** Listing. They transferred me to *******, who identified as Prime Directory Services, when I asked him if he worked for ******. He gave me a website, but the company was not registered with the SoS in ** where they were located. He spouted out a bunch of details they could do for my business for $199. When I asked for details in writing, he said I would get that when payment was made. I was sent a ********** to authorize payment (no details) that identified the parent company as BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO, which is listed with the State of FL. I sent back a reply that I was not interested and not to contact me again, yet 2 hours later, he called me 2 more times.My phone # is on the Do Not Call List, so they violated federal law (TCPA), they attempted to hide their name and they are trying to deceive consumers.Initial Complaint

See my review posted only minutes ago.Prime Directory Services missrepresented themselves as ****** on 01/18/24. Within munites I was contacted by ****** directly who stated that PDS in fact was not them. I immediately called in under 30 minutes to cancell as is my right via contract which states within 24 hrs. I was contacted by ******* who attempted to chaange my mind to which I said no. I then was contacted by ******** who acknowledged the cancellation. ******* promised to reverse the charges and after day 5 has not nor has he returned my voicemail from 01/22/24. I received a non solicited call from these people stating that they work with ****** and could help optimize my ****** listing promising better search placement on internet. I paid them $299.99 for search engine optimization on January 9, 2024. After taking money, they end the call by saying that they will setup a call at a later date with one of their *** managers to go over how the *** analytics work. I received the scheduled call on Tuesday January 16, 2024 at 1:00 pm only to find out the call was really about selling me more promises. They requested to share their screen with me in order to show me their ***** program that indicates so called derogatory information on my ****** ad and how it was hurting my placement on the internet and by purchasing one of the ***** offerings it would fix my problems. I became suspicious and angered at same time. I told ******* that there was no mention about additional work being needed on the initial sales call, I expressed that if you had talked about this in the beginning it would have had bearing of whether I would have done business with you. Additionally, ****** informed me that my ****** ad was deleted unbeknownst to me. Because my business was unclaimed on ****** it could be tampered with. I find the timing ironic that my business was deleted after I told them to take a hike for the additional money they were seeking. This is wrong, they are scammers and provide no value for the promises they make. I am requesting a complete refund of my $299.99. when i was contacted to help my business ****** listing i was *********** was $349. 2-3 days later i was contacted again by my "account manager" and was then informed that that was just for the *** account and I would still have to purchase another package ranging from $99-$299 per month, i then requested a refund and was told NO. Client originally signed up for service with us on November 17th. Because he bought that service he was given a complimentary analysis and appointment for digital marketing services with one of our analysts. He rescheduled his appointment from 11/21/23 to 11/22/23 with his assigned rep directly. He eventually went through an hour phone call with his analyst who suggested more options such as a few programs we offer for organic marketing as well as a potential landing page/website because he had recently moved on from previous company that built and hosted his site. Client reached back out on 11/27/23 and decided he did not want the the original service he signed up for on the 17th, as well as the other options he was presented on the 22nd. We had sent a detailed response with the signed contract as well informing the client that he did not qualify for funds back due to fulfillment of the original service(that email was sent 12/8/23 from billing). Client then called back on the 28th saying that he had not heard from us since requesting a refund. Our records show that not only did he open that email, but that we sent an additional email on the 8th about the original service and what we needed to do to finalize it, as well as 2 more sent out on December 12th due to no response. Client states that he was informed he HAD to buy more services from us, which is just options we present to each of our clients and allow them to make the decision- it does not interfere with original sale.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: That IS NOT what happened, when i did the 1 hour video call with that sales rep...SHE TOLD ME THAT IF I DID NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THE ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS THEN WHAT I PAID $349 WAS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!! The email I received from them merely stated....."we looked into it and sorry you dont qualify for a refund" never explained anything...... What they do is basically a BAIT and SWITCH.... They tell you what you want or think you want to hear you pay then tell you in order for that $349 plan to work you need pay $100-$300 more every month for more.... *********** is a LIE and a THIEF.
