Do not do business with people, I paid a lot of money to get on the first page of ******* and that never happened. I told them about a company that built me a web sit and when I canceled with that company they told me the site was not mine and they took it down. broadleaf then told me they could build me a site that would be mine even if I canceled with them, well guess what when I canceled the contract I was informed the site they built was not mine but they would keep it up for $100 per month, so that was another 800 down the drain. I could go on but I think you get the picture. Do not do business with these people!!

On 02/29/24 we were contacted by Prime Directory Services (PDS) who stated that they can help our company with ****** Listing and search keywords. We declined services but they kept calling and persisted. Unfortunately, we gave in and gave them a chance. PDS told me that it will cost $299.99 to start, which we then gave payment to them that same day. A couple of hours later, we received a call from an "account manager" from Lotus Broadleaf who stated that the $299.99 is a complete separate service but in order to continue with Broadleaf there's a $599.99 starting fee with a $149.99 monthly recurring fee. Once again, we trusted the representative and gave all payments on 03/01/24.Since then, we noticed a decline in incoming calls from customer. We did not think much into it as it was during a typical slow season. It wasn't until Memorial Day weekend we started to become suspicious with our account. On this weekend we received NO CALLS from any customer (unusual). The next following week after Memorial Day weekend the incoming calls became more evident and worrisome. The calls were little to none, which again, was very unusual. I then looked up our analytics with Lotus Broadleaf portal and seen a significant drop from March 2024 - June 2024. Additionally, when we did a ****** search of main keywords our business was no longer listed, including on ****** Maps. It was as if our business name was erased from the face of this earth. To add on to this, we logged on our ****** Ad account and saw that there were several attempted campaigns created but "rejected." On those rejected campaigns we noticed misspelling and an incorrect website of our company. When I called Broadleaf the representative who I spoke to reassured me that I should look at the analytics by a month-to-month basis and not by a range of monthly reading. Nothing made sense and my guess is that she was just trying to stall. This was a terrible marketing decision we made that almost cost us our company.

They will not stop calling me after I have made multiple requests to stop calling me. They are misleading and act like they are from ****** and will help your business with ranking high on the ****** first page.

They ******** ** with phone calls for weeks even after I asked to be removed from their call list. They continued to bombard me with phone calls. To the point they convinced me I needed a third party to verify me on google. After paying them and giving them access to my account I received a message from google saying they would never ask me to do any of this and I immediately regretted paying them. I asked for a refund and they said they would put in my request. A day later they said they already did work to verify me, which was really me saying to them yes all the information and SEOs I already have on my account are the ones I want to keep. All this "work" was done before I paid and thus I would not agree its labelled paid work. This all occurred Feb 1st, I tried the request a refund the same day but wasn't able to get a hold of anybody until the next day. Which was them telling me I could not talk to billing I could only put a request in with the person I was on the phone with. Our official meeting is set for Feb 5th. I was told because they already rendered me services, I can not get a refund but the information we went over was all before I paid and gave them access to my account. After paying them they have been difficult to get in touch with. They emailed a response to my refund request after business hours on a Friday. After all the calls they were giving me, now it's hard to get a hold of them. This is a legal ****.

I have been annoyed in the last few months to answer calls, non stop. These people are saying they from ****** my business and would need to manage and verify my account. They have barred me for so many months and I decided to take their service, as I thought they were a genuine and looking for work, e.g. help self employed. They asked for $299 for the life of the business. And kept asking for more and more...different people kept calling from local area code and asked for more money. They did not know why the previous person charged me $299.00. And was saying my business is not working well on ******. I need to pay more to get verified. Please stop those scammers. I have contacted my bank and reported them and ask to dispute the money they charged me unlawfully.
