I registered and paid for my two kids to attend July 8th week of basketball camp with Boca Hoops in **********, being hosted in the gym at ***************************. I was instructed to mail a check as payment along with a registration form. My check was cashed on 6-13-24. On 6-26-24, I called and left a message for Boca Hoops to call me and advised of my decision to cancel. 10 minutes later my phone rang, showing ss *******************. I immediately answered, explained my situation and requested a refund. ***** became argumentative, demanding that I be charged 25$/Kid for cancellation. He referred to it as processing fees. I immediately declined his offer and requested I be refunded properly. (450$) As of this writing, no refunds have been received. My husband showed up to the summer camp this past Monday to speak with someone who handles payment. The indicator the director was being sent. Nothing received as of this date. I have tried to contact Boca Hoops several times with no luck. Monday July 8th, my husband visited the camp site. The representative told my husband that my kids were not on roster. Administration were not present. So at this point, my kids were not on the roster for the week and I had yet to receive a refund of $450.00.I am requesting assistance in obtaining my refund. Hello,I am writing to inform that I have received a refund check from Boca Hoops. Even though it is missing 25$ from the full refund, I would like to withdraw my complaint and close the case.Thank you.*******************************
