This internet service is down constantly. When you try to find out what's going on, they hang up on you or end your chat session. They never give an answer for why this is constantly happening. I am not the only one who is having trouble. I the last few months, I would say our internet is down at least once week on average. When you work on the internet and it's down, you lose money and they don't care!!!!!Business response

I scheduled a Dish Satellite installation with Infinity Sales Group Dish Network on 08-22-2022, the tech arrived as schedule an proceeded to check for location and signal strength, he was unable to find a good signal strength for the Dish. he then called in to cancel the installation work order which they did, they had already bill my debit card for ***** for the activation fee, when i asked when i may get activation fee return they said up to 7 to 10 business days. I waited the amount of days and no refund. I contacted Infinity Sales Group Dish Network about my refund, now they are telling me the fee was for setting up my account and fee not refundable, i have had two different reason for this fee.I feel they mislead me about the fees. I also think i'm due a refund also the account has been cancel by Infinity Sales Group Dish Network, now i have no ************ and out $ ***** for nothing.Business response

On 06/08/22 I ordered ******** From INFINITY DISH ***************/2 hour later I called back and canceled the ***** package, I was told by the rep that I would be refunded but heard nothing as of to date. I called Infinity on 07/19/22 I was told I need to call DISH Satellite @ ************** so I called them on 07/19/22 and the rep stated that Infinity is responsible for my refund. I read a few blogs on Infinity and others were scammed like I was. I hope you can help me. Transaction date 06/08/2022 Amount ***** Company provides internet Infinity Dish is trying not to give my refund and states that Dish Satellite should refund me. My bank account clearly shows Infinity Dish withdraw. Thank you in advance.Business response

Signed up for Dish network thru Infinity.com with a $200 **** gift card promotion.Did not receive the gift card after 90 days as promised.Starting the process to fix the problem with Infinity and got one excuse after another from multiple customer service people from **********************.
