I purchased a Build- It Sponge *** set which was missing pieces first. Received an email response after 6 months of attempting to reach. They requested a mailing address which I provided---I have yet to receive replacement parts Product Name Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles build it ************ Product Number or UPC ************** Purchase Date 04/10/23 *copy of JustPlay email:have attached the email thread to this email as well. Hello!
I have reviewed our interactions with this customer. We received his messages, however, when we replied requesting further information, and we did not receive answers from him. Without the requested information from the customer, we were unable to determine the parts that he was in need of. We finally received the requested information from him in Mid-May and a full replacement was shipped to him at that time. It is due to be delivered tomorrow, June 3 via **** Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because: I had to defective items..gave them proof of both but they are replacing only one. I did not argue with customer service. Accepted the offer to replace the one toy, want reimbursement or replacement for both.

On 7/20/22, I completely filled out a digitized form on Just Play's website for replacement parts for a toy - they replied telling me they don't sell replacement parts. Since their website had the form field pre-populated for "replacement parts", I just responded to tell them that (that the form had the "replacement parts" field pre-populated, and it would save a lot of time if they didn't make that claim). When I recently was given a different toy by Just Play: "***** World Vending Surprise" which needed replacement parts, I contacted their customer service email address (which is the same one you receive form replies from ) when I noticed their website description for the toy stated you could "reload with snacks" (9/15/22) - they replied on 9/16 to tell me they would assist me if I filled out the form for replacement parts, and sent me a link to the same form with the replacement parts field prepopulated...I had some difficulty filling out the form b/c it didn't state that the Product code field was optional and would reject the entry if you put in an incorrect product code, so a lot of time was wasted emailing back and forth for that glitch. But they again stated on 9/19 that they could assist me if I just filled out the form. After submitting the form, I got a response that told me they dont sell replacement parts. I don't know what is going on in that customer service center, but the level of miscommunication between representatives, misrepresentation of the toy's description, and misrepresentation that they sell replacement parts when they don't - all amounted to an unacceptable burden on my time since I made them aware of the form issue 2 months ago. I honestly think they should replace the entire $20 toy (including the 16 surprises) for all the inconvenience and confusion they've caused.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have spoken to the customer service representative and suggested that they just clarify their policy about not selling replacement parts to third parties inquiring - as that would make better sense than just telling people they don't sell replacement parts. I haven't yet received their package but as long as it comes I'm sure that I will be happy with the gift. I thank the BBB for handling this matter and promoting better business practices.

Refuses me to cash out my Rewards earnings to my account and using my past account towards me so I can't cash out my earning than telling me to use another person Paypal account to cash out my earning which I refuse to do that so was asking for$50 for settlement and trying force me to cash out to another person Paypal accountBusiness response
