I use them every year! Great people, great services! We ship cars we sell online and our buyers lways use the nd we use them to get the cars to our facility. Never had a problems. I highly recommend!

My husband selected Truthful Transport to move our cars from ** to **. They were picked up by two sketchy looking characters May 31st, who fussed around and took a lot of photos of the cars (which they sent us in an official looking report that, upon closer inspection, was a complete fraud). We asked for confirmation via photo that the cars they picked up were on a carrier that day, and it never came. Later in the week, once we had flown to NH, my husband called ****** to ask when we could expect our cars. She was very slow to respond, and multiple times all she could say was that she was checking with the dispatcher. She could not confirm that the shipper had our cars, where they were, or when they would be delivered. We called the number of the driver who picked up the cars multiple times, and he assured us they were dropped off at a warehouse in ************. Yesterday, ****** phoned to say the cars would be delivered in the afternoon. No cars came. This morning, we geolocated my husbands Jeep in *******, **********. We called the police, and the sheriffs found it parked in the parking lot of the *********** in *************. My car could not be geolocated, since it was an older model ********* So, we paid Truthful transport money to arrange for our cars TO BE STOLEN. My husbands car was recovered by the Ventura Sheriff, but mine is nowhere to be found. During the entire nightmare, ****** and her husband **** were evasive and unhelpful. ****** ignored my text messages, and dismissed my concerns when I told her I thought the cars had been stolen. I have no reason to believe they arent in on the scam, given their behavior over the past two weeks. What kind of company allows you to pay them to entrust your cars to them, hires thieves to steal your cars, and then avoids answering your calls and addressing your concerns when you suspect foul play? A SCAMMER, thats who. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I have filed a

**** artist of a company. They scammed me. I signed a contract and agreed on a pick up time frame. The car was supposed to be picked up on Wednesday by Saturday I had to leave my car behind in a public parking lot because I had a flight to catch. ****** calls me that afternoon to tell me that in order to be picked up the driver would want more money. I realized that this company was a typical car rental scamming company so I disputed my despising with my bank and had to go ahead and hire another company. Well I found out today that this company had the AUDACITY to show my bank documents suggesting that they are entitled to my hard earned money without even providing and service of any kind a driver didn't even show up . Truly DISGUSTING PEOPLE I WILL BE DOING EVERYTHING IN MU POWER TO LEAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW ON EVERY PLATFORM THEY HAVE AND GET MY MONEY BACK. Be careful they are a lot of bad people out there that prey on innocent people for there money and ****** and *** from truthful transport are some of those people. After readying other reviews about people having the same issue with this company I will have to get my money back and change my card information because I don't want these ******* to withdraw funds from my card unauthorized. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
