I contracted ***************************** from IPA construction Bonita Springs LLC to do the rehab of my home damages from hurricane ***. $38,526. He was issued a check 3.22.23 for $15000.00 and then he asked for another deposit to order the cabinets, so I gave anoth$9300.00 4/7/23. This was to order cabinet and asked me to choose the ones I wanted. So I was told that they would take a few weeks so once the drywall was completed. and baseboards would be completed. i also paid for 3 ********** runs totaling $8000.00. I was told it would be up to 25% work completed. The insurance claim denied me more money from my flood policy and i am not able to get any more money until the work is completed. I sent him the screen shot of denial. I was assumed it would be handled and was just waiting for the rest of the cabinets to get them in the kitchen. I have been calling weekly only to be told he was waiting for cabinet for 3 weeks. thenBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: I still do not have a delivery of cabinets ordered over 5 months ago. There is a long way to go. Im at the house every day and have seen home 3 times in 2 weeks aprox 12 total at best of his time. I need Everything done that can be done and get it done. Again I was told this would be done in June and here we are. I will not accept any response until this job is complete. And I will continue calling 6 days a week until the job is complete.
