      My 3 year old daughter was enroll i. This daycare EduCare Academy since 03/2022 until 1/2023 I withdrew her because in October a new owner ************************* came on board and too many weird changes started to take place , miscommunication with me as a parent , my daughter had different teachers inconsistent than man started to work there without me being communicated I was not comfortable man being around my daughter and having to find out on my own until eod that I went to pick up my daughter, and when I questioned the owner ************************* about who they are all she will say is They are my son and my nephew and they have to help out since I am short staff so they are here to cover if I need them I also asked who is my daughter teacher now since her previous teachers left the daycare, ******* will say who ever can cover because we are short staff and Im marking changes in between the fact that my daughter will be given to me all dirty as if she will bathe in dirty , she will have scratches in her face and no one can never tell me who or what happened, 2 times she was given to me with no underwear only pants on , when I questioned the issue ******* got very defensive and said she will address it. than I will bring pull-*** in and she will be given back to me with a different diaper. I finally told ***************************** last day will be 1/27/23, I went on Friday to pick up Lindzey things and pay that week , I was told by ******** daughter I had to pay 2 weeks plus the current week , the 2 weeks were because I didnt give her enough notice which that will some up to $420.00 I do not have that kind of money . So that same day Friday 1/27/23 that person in front desk told me ****** was not available, but I should go back Monday to pay all $420.00 and than she will release my daughters belongings and than she will provide me with the tax letter I needed to fill out my taxes , I I told her I may not have time to go because I work and she said well you want your tax form right?

      The day I walked in after purchasing this center in November this mom was telling the teacher off. Her child had mulch on her, and her hair was not up, she looked at me "said I hope you do a better job".  I was told she does this every day and I learned over time that is exactly what she does.

      Her daughter had a report, she did have a small scratch, she had bit two friends that day. She told us off a few other times because the teacher put a pull up on her daughter as she told us she was potty trained. So, then the teacher didn't, and we had no clothes so she was in pants, we never knew what would make her happy.

      Everyone employed here is fingerprinted and required to take all dcfs classes and more. This is male or female! Yes, we have a young man that runs our front desk! That will not change .

      At no point was she told we use where we are short, she had no clue who the teacher of her child was before I bought it. Because 3 weeks prior to closing the teacher had quit and that was a fill in teacher.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because: As a parent, as a human being you know that you are doing fraud. You are "running" a business where the lives of children are at risk. The people you have coming in and out of the daycare are not fit to care for these children. The biggest red flag from this center is the fact that as soon as ************************* took over, parents are not allowed to go to the children's classroom. What are you hiding? The parents are to drop off and pick up the children in the front desk. You have two centers in SWFL, and you have your family members and other people from the other centers "helping you out". Although you are saying that these people are fingerprinted you know that this is not true. There is public record that on 12/27/2022, you had employees that "Non-Compliance Description ***** Childcare personnel including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month did not complete the 40-hour *********************** Training requirement. CCF Handbook Section 4.2.1"Every time I would question who are you? I have never seen you before! The response was always "I am coming from another center to help out."You do not like people to question anything in your center because it is very convenient for you, for people to stay quiet. Also, I did know my child's teachers, ********************** and then you took over and after that I had no idea who took care of my daughter because the person "in charge"would change weekly. It was frustrating to keep up because people did not last at your daycare.  It is also very convenient that you are doing this to children who cannot advocate for themselves. These people that you have "caring" for the children do not teach children a curriculum. The children are left in a classroom with one person to "watch over them"meanwhile that person is on their phone the whole time. They do, however, throw toys on the floor for the children to play with one another and watch one another. I am saying this because not one but THREE of your ex-employees told me that this is the daily routine aside from taking them out to play at the playground twice a day. Also, the reason that you do not let parents go to the back into the classrooms is because the classrooms are a mess, and the bathrooms are filthy. The food being fed to the children is expired, for example the milk. The employees that you had left because you overworked them.I have proof. You promised them an increase in wages and higher-level positions that were not realistic because they did not have the requirements or level of education required by law. Every single parent needs to be aware of the fraudulent business that you are running. Every parent should know that their child is not safe in your center. Not only did you lose employees you lost over five children that I know because of the repetitive fraudulent transactions to the parents and neglect to the children. It is very interesting that you did not mention anything about the financial part of the complaint initially made. You over charged me twice as, the first over charge was of $310. But dismissed me and told me to speak with my bank because you did not know what was happening.Reality you charged me for 2 weeks in advance and $30 over my weekly pay. I was charged by the bank and additional $29 in an overdraft fee. The second time it was when I decided to pull my daughter out of the day care. You were upset that you did a transaction of $680 from my bank 1/30/23. Plus, an additional $29 overdraft fee. This is fraud. Around two weeks later a licensed agent had to go in person to gather my daughter's belongings because your daughter and a "woman" from another center refused to give me her belongings. You were not there; you are never there. Mind you, you are now the *** teacher. I did not care about the belongings it is the principle. I understand that as parents we must work but we are our children's voice, and you are wrong for all that you do not do to keep our children safe.  (Attached are the unauthorized transactions from along with the failed inspection)
