"The offer was a free dash cam for the price of shipping ... with an added upgrade of a SD card for recording for a total of 19.95 I received the dashcam without the SD card and contacted them about this to which I was sent a SD card...the equipment didn't record videos even with the SD card. Then I was charged an additional $79.95 for some kind of service or subscription which I was never informed about and that is the fraud."

"received 3 charges from this company on my debit card totaling $106. don't know who or what it is. was never contacted by email, phone, or mail about their product. never received a product, just 3 charges on bank account. tried calling number several times throughout the day and always get an automated message stating no one is available and to email their support team. i am disputing fraudulent charges."

Hello, In the beginning of november I recieved an offer from a survey company stating that I could try products, I decided to trial the select dash cam product in which they stated I had 14 days to trial and only have to pay $6.95. On November 22, 2021 I recieved a call from my bank stating that there was a fraudulent amount of $99.99 and $19.99 being charged to my checking account. I had only had the product for 10 days meaning that I didn't even have the full 14 days to When I called they provided the phone number (845-675-8255) to the company called selectdashcam.com about this discrepancy. They told me that they would have to charge me $99.99 plus $19.99 for the SD card because it was just a trial, I told them that I had not even opened the product and my trial period was not even over before they charged me, but would refund the money after I returned the product. I returned the product on November 24, 2021 with the post office saying they would receive it by November 29, 2021. On December 1, 2021 I contacted the company to confirm receipt of the product. They confirmed that they received it on November 29, 2021 and that they would initiate a refund to me within 5-7 business days of the $99.99 and $19.99. I kept on asking them for an email confirmation about processing my refund but the representative claimed that he needed to ask a different department to send the email. I never received an email at all. On December 13, 2021, I called back about the status of my refund because now it had been 11 business days and I still had not received my refund. They claim they would contact me within 24-48 hours of that call and I still have not heard back from them. I emailed them several times and still no reply from email either. I am still awaiting my refund.
