I used Excell General Services to renovate my home in 2022.As part of the renovation and indeed as part of the contract, they were to install a brand new Air Handler and Air Compressor with appropriate duct work.When the work was completed and we moved in during December 2022, we immediately started experiencing problems with the air conditioner.It stopped working multiple times, the air handler was ****** loud and often froze up. Excell didnt even put a cover on the air handler. Whats more the air handler does not even have a manufacturer name on it and Excell failed to provide paperwork for the warranty on this unit.I asked Excell multiple times to come out and fix / replave the unit and also provide me with the paperwork for the warranty.Excell just told me its not their responsibility.So now I have been left with no other option but to replace the unit myself as I currently have NO air conditioning in ********The cost of replacing the new unit is $3400.I want this amount refunded to me by Excell.Customer response

I feel disappointed with people who always believe they are the center of the world.
Even after 18 months of finishing the renovation work on their house, getting the final inspection and everything approved, at this point they made the last payment to our company.
After that, there were several messages, some cordial and others threatening about something, but we continued.

Im really sorry to say that the air conditioning that was installed is not at all good quality.
I had to get someone out before when it stopped working. Now its not working again and its only 18 months old is so disappointing.
I have been told to come back to you as the provider as this should not be failing for something apparently new.

As per your request, I reviewed the material used in your home and verified that exactly the same type of machine was used that was installed before the renovation, and that is what we put in the quote we sent you.
Our warranty for (services) has been expired for more than 8 months.
I am not happy with your unfounded accusations. But I always have the desire to help with whatever you need.
If you have problems with air conditioning, I can send one to check for you what is needed and you can adjust the price with it. For the first visit he charges $200.
Please let me know your decision.

We have fully documented that this unit was a total piece of junk
Unfortunately, I don't have much more to say after 18 months of completion.

I am rejecting this response because:The business did not offer any resolution at all in their response. They did not offer any form of reimbursement for the work we had to pay for due to them not fulfilling the contract as per agreed terms.
We are asking for full reimbursement for the new AC unit we had to have installed and paid for.
