Nobel plumbing performed shoddy work. They used cheap material to fix a water main break and overtightened the valve, resulting in another water main break. The repair should have lasted a lifetime, but it only lasted 1.5 years with no use, as I was not living in the house during this time period due to the pandemic. They charged me $1100, which is twice as much as the work should have cost. Not only that, but their shoddy work costs me another $150 in water usage fees due and $525 to repair their shoddy work. They should reimburse me $1100 for their shoddy work. I will continue to file complaints and reviews against them until they make this right. They stopped returning my phone calls to come back and fix the issue, as they realized that I was going to call them out on their shoddy work. Now their lack of response has caused me to file this complaint against them. Again, I will continue to file complaints and reviews against them until they make this right.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/11/22) */ Business response taken verbally by BBB: Water main is right under an oak tree. Everything went well with original install year and a half ago. She reached out about a month ago stating the main line was broken again. I advised her she needs to reach out to the HOA or the county to remove the tree because it will just keep breaking the pipes. If I fix it now they will remove the pipe with the tree. They need to remove the tree before we can do the work without having to redo the work again. It is not the valve but the pipe that gets broken because of the tree roots. Why is the HOA not allowing you to remove the tree or move it somewhere else? Why have you not contacted the county to have it moved as it will keep breaking the water main? At this time I am declining to take this job. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2021/11/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The recent break was due to him over tightening and using cheap material. He should know better. Also he is price gauging because I'm a single woman.
